Պարզվում են «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի հանգամանքները. երկու անձ ձերբակալվել է
SOCIETYՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ՀԿԳ քննության գլխավոր վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով իրականացվում են մեծածավալ քննչական գործողություններ՝ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 29-ին` ժամը 01-ի սահմաններում, Աբովյան քաղաքի Արզնի խճուղում գործող «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպի մասնակիցների ամբողջ շրջանակը պարզելու, գործողություններն անհատականացնելու եւ քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, հունվարի 29-ին «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ տեղի է ունեցել վիճաբանություն, ինչը վերածվել է զինված միջադեպի, որի ժամանակ օգտագործվել է տարբեր տեսակի հրազեն։ Արձակված կրակոցների հետևանքով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել Աբովյանի քաղաքի բնակիչ Արտաշես Գևորգյանը՝ ծնված 1989թ., ևս 7 անձ՝ ստացել տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ։
Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի քննչական գործողությունների եւ օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել՝ վիճաբանության մի շարք մասնակիցների, շարժառիթի վերաբերյալ։ Քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է երկու անձ, որոնցից մեկը՝ խմբի կազմում խուլիգանություն կատարելու, իսկ մյուսը՝ սպանության փորձ եւ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել են տարբեր տեսակի և տրամաչափի պարկուճներ, կատարվել երկու տասնյակից ավելի խուզարկություններ։ Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ պարզելու համար նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատաձգաբանական, դատահետքաբանական, դատագենետիկական և բազմաթիվ այլ փորձաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել մի քանի տասնյակ անձ, կատարվել բազմաթիվ առգրավումներ:
