Լրագրողի հարցադրմանը, որ վերջերս սկսել է շրջանառվել այսպես կոչված «տարածքներ խաղաղության դիմաց» թեզը, ՀՀ վարչապետը պատասխանեց.
«Մենք ընդհանրապես չենք կարող նույնիսկ քննարկել «տարածքներ խաղաղության դիմաց» բանաձևը»:
Փաշինյանը նկատեց, որ ներկայիս կառավարությունը ԼՂ կարգավորման հարցում վարում է քաղաքականություն, որ նախկինում ոչ մի կառավարություն չի վարել:
«Որևէ զուգահեռ տանելը և նախկինում վարած քաղաքականության հետ ընդհանրություն գտնելու փորձերը կատարյալ մոլորություն են»,-վստահեցրեց Փաշինյանը:
Անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե արդյոք ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահող երկրների կողմից բանակցությունները վերսկսելու ու նոր թափ հաղորդելու նախաձեռնություն կա, Փաշինյանն ասաց. «Այս հարցը գտնվում է արտգործնախարարների քննարկման օրակարգում»
