Պաշտոնանկ են արվել Կոտայքի ոստիկանապետն ու Աբովյանի բաժնի պետը
SOCIETYՀՀ ոստիկանապետ Վալերիյ Օսպիյանի հրամանով ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կոտայքի մարզային վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Արամ Հովհաննիսյանը եւ Աբովյան քաղաքի ոստիկանության բաժնի պետ Հովհաննես Մարտիրոսյանն ազատվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից։ Այս տեղեկությունը NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում հաստատեցին ոստիկանությունից՝ նշելով, որ պաշտոնից ազատված ոստիկաններն ուղարկվել են կադրերի ռեզերվ։ Ոստիկանությունից չմանրամասնեցին պաշտոնանկությունների պառճառը՝ նշելով, որ իրենց կառույցում մշտապես լինում են կադրային փոփոխություններ։
Նշենք, որ ըստ մամուլում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների՝ պաշտոնանկությունները կապված են Աբովյան քաղաքում գործող «Պարտեզ» ռեստորանային համալիրի մոտ հունվարի 28-ի լույս 29-ի գիշերը զինված միջադեպի հետ։
Հնչած կրակոցների հետեւանքով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ է ստացել Աբովյանի քաղաքի բնակիչ 30-ամյա Արտաշես Գեւորգյանը, իսկ 7 անձ ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի վնասվածքներ։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ, 7-րդ, 10-րդ կետերի (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խուլիգանական դրդումներով շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով սպանությունը) 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 6-րդ, 7-րդ, 10-րդ կետերի (Մի խումբ անձանց կողմից խուլիգանական դրդումներով շատերի կյանքի համար վտանգավոր եղանակով երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանության փորձը), 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի(Ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ձեռք բերելը, կրելը) եւ 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի (խուլիգանությունը, որը զուգորդվել է անձի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելով) հատկանիշներով։ Միջադեպի կապակցությամբ հարուցված քրեական գործով ձերբակալվել է ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Մելիք Մանուկյանի որդին՝ Շանթ Մանուկյանը. նա կասկածվում է խմբի կազմում խուլիգանություն կատարելու մեջ։ Եւս մեկ անձ՝ Արթուր Վարդանյանը, ձերբակալվել է սպանության փորձ եւ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու կասկածանքով։
Գործի շրջանակում հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում՝ ԲՀԿ ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի որդին՝ Նվեր Ծառուկյանը։
