Նման ծայրահեղ դեպքերում ամեն վայրկյանը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել
SOCIETYԱրդեն մի քանի օր է՝ Սարի Թաղի 18 փողոցի բնակիչների կյանքը դժոխքի է վերածվել: Ամենավտանգավոր իրավիճակում հայտնվել է 68–րդ տունը, որի հատակը սողանքի պատճառով փլվել է, իսկ տան սյուները մի կերպ են պահում տան պատերը: Բնակիչներն օրեր շարունակ ահազանգել են պատկան մարմիններին, սակայն բնակիչներին ժամանակավոր կացարանով ապահովելու հարցը մինչ այս պահն այդպես էլ չի լուծվել: Նրանք շարունակում են ահուդողով իրենց տներում մնալ, քանի որ ո՛չ գնալու տեղ ունեն, ո՛չ էլ հնարավորություն:
Հարցի մասին պարզաբանում ստանալու համար «Փաստը» դիմեց Երևանի քաղաքապետի մամուլի քարտուղար Հակոբ Կարապետյանին: Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ այդ թաղամասի զգալի հատվածի հետ կապված ծանրագույն խնդիրներ կան: Մարդիկ մեծամասամբ առանց նորմերի պահպանման շինարարություն են արել, իսկ հիմա ստորգետնյա ջրերի պատճառով սողանք է սկսվել:
«Այս հարցը կարգավորելու համար քաղաքապետարանը համապատասխան գերատեսչություններին գրություններ է ուղարկել: Բացի այդ, քաղաքապետը կապ է հաստատել կառավարության հետ և լուծումներ է առաջարկել՝ մի կողմից, այդ հատվածում սողանքը կասեցնելու, ջրերի հոսքը կառավարելի դարձնելու, մյուս կողմից՝ քանդման վտանգի տակ հայտնված տների բնակիչներին ժամանակավոր կացարաններով ապահովելու հարցով»,– ասաց Հ. Կարապետյանը:
Հուսանք, որ խնդրով զբաղվող մարմինները, ելնելով հարցի հրատապությունից շուտափույթ լուծում կգտնեն: Հատկապես այս դեպքում, երբ մարդկանց կյանքը փրկելու համար հարկավոր է րոպե առաջ նրանց ժամանակավոր կացարան տեղափոխելու հարցը լուծել, քանի որ նման ծայրահեղ դեպքերում ամեն վայրկյանը կարող է ճակատագրական լինել, առավել ևս, երբ այդ տարածքում տարեցներ և անչափահաս երեխաներ են ապրում:
