Ֆինանսների նախարարության 408 աշխատակցի տրվել է 210 038 000 դրամի չափով պարգևատրում
SOCIETY2000 թվականից յուրաքանչյուր տարվա պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակիցների խրախուսման համար նախատեսված է եղել պարգևատրման ֆոնդ։
Համաձայն տրամադրված տեղեկության` 2000 թվականից յուրաքանչյուր տարվա պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքով ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության աշխատակիցների խրախուսման համար նախատեսված է եղել պարգևատրման ֆոնդ, որը ամսական կամ եռամսյակային կտրվածքով բաշխվել է նախարարության աշխատակիցներին:
«Հաշվի առնելով, որ անձնական տվյալների սուբյեկտի անձնական տվյալները երրորդ անձանց փոխանցելիս կամ տվյալներից օգտվելու հնարավորություն տրամադրելիս անձնական տվյալները մշակող պետական կառավարման մարմինը պարտավոր է առաջնորդվել աշխատողի կամահայտնությամբ և առանց նրա գրավոր համաձայնության նրա տվյալները չփոխանցի այլ անձանց, բացառությամբ, եթե այլ օրենքներով այլ բան է նախատեսված՝ հայտնում ենք, որ հրապարակման ենթակա են միայն նախարարության աշխատողների խրախուսման դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ֆոնդի ընդհանուր չափը և պարգևատրվածների ընդհանուր թվաքանակը:
Այսպիսով՝ 2018 թվականի տարեվերջին Ֆինանսների նախարարության թվով 408 աշխատակցի տրվել է պարգևատրում 210 038 000 դրամի չափով»,–ասված է նախարարության պատասխանի մեջ:
Հիշեցնենք` ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ որոշ մարզերի մարզպետներ (Լոռու, Սյունիքի, Արարատի, Կոտայքի, Արմավիրի, Տավուշի) 2018թ–ի վերջին շռայլ պարգևավճարներ են տվել իրենք իրենց և իրենց աշխատակիցներին։ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի բոլոր աշխատակիցները ևս շուրջ 500 մլն դրամի պարգևավճարներ ու հավելավճարներ են ստացել։ Մեծ աղմուկ էր բարձրացել նաև ՊԵԿ–ի հավելավճարների շուրջ։ Ըստ մամուլում հրապարակված ցուցակի` ՊԵԿ ղեկավարությունը 8-9 մլն դրամի, աշխատակիցները` քարտուղարուհին, վարչության պետերը` 2 և ավելի միլիոն դրամ են ստացել։
