Քոչարյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող բիզնեսների մասով հարուցված է քրգործ, որի վերաբերյալ ԱԱԾ-ն առաջիկայում հայտարարութուն կանի: Այս մասին այսօր՝ փետրվարի 1-ին, ասաց ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանը:

Անդրադառնալով «Երեւան» հիմնադրամի քրգործին, նա ասաց, որ այն հիմնավորվել է, Երեւան հիմնադրամի կողմից դրամական միջոցների մի մասը վատնվել է, մի մասը ոչ արդյունավետ  եւ ոչ նպատակային է ծախսվել. «Գործի շրջանակներում հիմնավորվել է 1 մլրդ 807 մլն դրամի կորուստ, որն ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվել է ՀՀ պետբյուջե»,-ասաց նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ  ԱԱԾ-ն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի պաշտոնատար անձիք, կառուցապատման և գույքի ձեւակերպման համապատասխան թույլտվություններ տրամադրելու դիմաց, բացի օրենքով սահմանված վճարումներից, քաղաքացիներին պարտադրել են «Երևան» հիմնադրամին փոխանցել խոշոր չափերով գումարներ: Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել էր, որ վերոնշյալ պատրվակով առձեռն ստացված գումարների մի մասը հիմնադրամի հաշվեհամար չի մուտքագրվել և հափշտակվել է:

Նման հաղորդում ԱԱԾ-ն ստացվել էր ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ Վ.Գ.-ից եւ Ա.Խ.-ից: Հանցագործության մասին հաղորդումների հիման վրա ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի («Պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները չարաշահելը, որն անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել է ծանր հետեւանքներ») եւ 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի («Պաշտոնական դիրքն օգտագործելով կատարված խարդախություն») հատկանիշներով:
