Կարևոր քայլ իշխանություն–եկեղեցի հարաբերություններում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի որոշմամբ ստեղծվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Հայաստանյայց առաքելական սուրբ եկեղեցու հարաբերություններին առնչվող հարցերով աշխատանքային խումբ: Հաշվի առնելով, որ իշխանափոխությունից հետո եկեղեցու և պետության հարաբերություններում նկատվում է որոշակի լարում, միաժամանակ հեղափոխության իներցիայի վրա որոշ ինքնահռչակ խմբեր ակտիվորեն սկսել են տարատեսակ գործողություններ Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ, այս աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծումը բնականաբար կարևոր է:

Եկեղեցու և նոր իշխանությունների միջև ծագած լարումն ինչ–որ առումով կարելի է բնական համարել: Եկեղեցին մասամբ սերտաճել էր նախորդ իշխանությունների հետ ու բնական է, որ այս իմաստով թե՛ հասարակական որոշակի շրջանակներում եղած դժգոհությունը, թե՛ նոր իշխանությունների սկեպտիցիզմը իրենց զգացնել էին տալու: Մյուս կողմից էլ, խախտված ստատուս–քվոյից որոշակիորեն փորձելու էին օգտվել տարատեսակ կրոնական կազմակերպություններ, որոնք Հայաստանում տարիներ շարունակ փորձում են իրենց դիրքերն ամրապնդել, բնականաբար, առաջին հերթին Առաքելական եկեղեցու հեղինակության հաշվին:

Աշխատանքային խմբի ստեղծումն այս իմաստով կարող է մի կողմից թոթափել լարվածությունն ու կասկածամտությունը և խնդիրները բերել աշխատանքային վիճակի՝ բացառելով մերթընդմերթ ծագող «տղայական» մակարդակի խոսակցությունները այս կամ այն պաշտոնյայի ու եկեղեցականների միջև: Սա կարևոր է այնքանով, որքանով կարևոր է Առաքելական եկեղեցին Հայաստանի համար: Ու խոսքն այստեղ միայն արժեհամակարգային կարևորության մասին չէ: Այդ կարևորությունն անշուշտ կա ու արտահայտվում է Առաքելական եկեղեցու հանդեպ հայաստանցիների մեծամասնության վստահության արտահայտմամբ: Բայց Առաքելական եկեղեցին կարևոր է նաև իր ֆունկցիոնալությամբ, իր ինստիտուցիոնալ կշռով, որի սահմանները չեն ամփոփվում միայն Հայաստանում: Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցին, նույնիսկ եթե մի կողմ դնենք հարցի կրոնական ու արժեբանական մասը, կայացած ինստիտուցիոնալ կառույց է, որի հետ հաշվի չնստել հնարավոր չէ: Լավ է, որ նկատվող կասկածամտությունը սկսում է նվազել, ու իշխանություններն, ի վերջո, աշխատանքային մակարդակ են բերում եկեղեցու հետ հարաբերությունները:
