«Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարանի» տնօրենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել. վերականգնել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասից 5 մլն 750 հազար դրամը

Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով հափշտակություն, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով խարդախություն և պաշտոնեական կեղծիք կատարելու համար մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարան» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից։

 

ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի դատախազությունում 2018թ. նոյեմբերի 12-ին հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությամբ բավարար փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, առ այն,որթանգարանի  տնօրենը 2006-2018թթ. ընթացքում նույն կազմակերպությունում տարբեր հաստիքներում աշխատանքի է ընդունել 7 անձանց, և վերջիններիս աշխատանքի չհաճախելու պայմաններում կազմել բովանդակությամբ կեղծ «Աշխատաժա­մանա­կի հաշվարկի տե­ղե­կա­գրեր»: Դրանցում կեղծ տեղեկութ­յուն­ներ ներառելով նշված ժամանակահատվածում հիշյալ աշխատակիցների կողմից աշխատանքի հաճախելու և փաստացի աշխատած ժամաքանակի վերաբերյալ՝ ներկայացրել է վճարման: Արդյունքում այդ անձանց անվամբ նշված ժամանակահատվածում անհիմն դուրս են գրվել ընդհանուր՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի 9․047․836 ՀՀ դրամի աշխատավարձի գումարներ, որոնք տնօրենը, նախապես իր մոտ ունեցած աշխատավարձերի բանկային քարտերով անձամբ ստանալով, օգտագործել էիրանձնականկարիքներիհամար:

Միաժամանակ նույն քրեական գործով ձեռք են բերվել  նաև բավարար փաստական տվյալներ, որ «Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարան» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպության տնօրենը, օգտագործելով իր պաշտոնեական դիրքը, աշխատանքի ընդունվելու համար անհրաժեշտ հաշվապահական փաստաթղթեր ձևակերպելու, թանգարանի ընթացիկ տնտեսական ծախսերը հոգալու համար անհրաժեշտ գումարներ վճարելու պատրվակով  2016թ. հոկտեմբերից մինչև 2018 թվականի օգոստոս ամիսն ընկած ժամանակահատավածում 4 աշխատակիցներից պահանջել և ստացել է 342․000 ՀՀդրամ, որը խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է։

Քրեական գործով ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցության պայմաններում «Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարան» ՊՈԱԿ տնօրենը ներգրավվել է որպես մեղադրյալ և նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1․1 կետով և 314-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Նախաքննության ներկա փուլում նա կամովին վերականգնել է պետությանը պատճառված վնասից 5․750․000 ՀՀդրամը՝ պատրաստակամություն հայտնելով ամբողջությամբ վերականգնել պատճառված ամբողջ վնասը։

Նախաքննությունը, որի կատարումը հանձնարարվել էր ՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությանը, շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և այլ դատավարական գործողություններ «Լոռի-Փամբակի երկրագիտական թանգարան» պետական ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունում տեղ գտած չարաշահումների ողջ ծավալը պարզելու, դրանում ներգրավված անձանց արարքին համարժեք քրեաիրավական գնահատական տալու ուղղությամբ։
