ԵՄ-ն պատրաստ է Թուրքիային վճարել 3 մլրդ եվրո փախստականների հոսքը Եվրոպա կասեցնելու համար

Եվրոպական երկրների առաջնորդները Մալթայի մայրաքաղաք Վալետայում համաձայնել են 3 միլիարդ եվրո տրամադրել Թուրքիային փախստականներին իր տարածքում պահելու և դեպի Եվրոպա հոսքը դադարեցնելու նպատակով:
Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Financial Times պարբերականը:
Բացի գումարից, որը տրամադրվելու է Թուրքիային մերձավորարևելյան տարածաշրջանից եկած փախստականներին հատուկ ճամբարներում պահելու համար, Եվրամիության անդամ երկրները համաձայնել են մի շարք զիջումներ ևս անել: Մասնավորապես, խոսքը ԵՄ տարածք մտնելու համար Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիներին ընդլայնված վիզա տրամադրելու, ինչպես նաևԵՄ անդամակցության հարցով փակուղու մեջ գտնվող բանակցությունները վերակենդանացնելու մասին է:
Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Դոնալդ Տուսկը հայտարարել է, որ «երկկողմ փոխշահավետ հարաբերությունները», որոնց շրջանակում Թուրքիան կսահամանափակի սիրիացի փախստականների մուտքը Եվրոպա, հնարավոր է: Որոշման վերջնական մանրամասները քննարկելու նպատակով նոյեմբերի վերջին կամ դեկտեմբերի սկզբին ևս մեկ գագաթնաժողով կհրավիրվի:
Թուրքիայի միջոցով եվրոպական երկրները փորձում են լուծել իրենց պատուհասած փախստականների խնդիրը: Վերջին տվյալներով՝ ԵՄ անդամ երկրները 12 ամսում ստացել են ապաստան տրամադրելու շուրջ 1 միլիոն դիմում:
Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովն առաջարկել է անդամ պետություններին Թուրքիային տրամադրվելիք 3 միլիարդ եվրոյից 2.5 միլիարդը վճարել համախառն ազգային եկամտից, իսկ մյուս 500 միլիոնը կվճարվի ԵՄ բյուջեից: Այսինքն` Մեծ Բրիտանիան, Ֆրանսիան և Գերմանիան կվճարեն համապատասխանաբար 410 մլն, 368 մլն և 534 մլն եվրո:
Նշվում է, որ ԵՄ անդամ 28 երկրների ղեկավարները ցանկանում են առաջիկա շաբաթների ընթացքում Բրյուսելում կազմակերպվելիք հատուկ գագաթնաժողովի շրջանակում հյուրընկալել Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանին` քննարկելու այս հարցը:
