Ամանորին դիրքեր բարձրացած ոստիկանության ծառայողներին չեն տվել խոստացված 80 հազարական դրամ պարգեւավճարները։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին պատմեց խմբագրություն զանգահարած ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներից մեկի եղբայրը՝ Կարեն Առաքելյանը։ «Նոր տարվան իրենց ասել են՝ բարձրացեք դիրքեր, 80 հազար դրամ պարգեւավճար կտան, էդ մարդիկ տնից-տեղից կտրվել են, գնացել են, Նոր տարին դիրքերում են դիմավորել, ու մինչեւ հիմա ձգձգում են, գումարը չեն տալիս»,- ասաց նա։ Կարեն Առաքելյանի խոսքով՝ հարցը ոչ թե գումարն է, այլ այն, որ մինչեւ հիմա խաբում են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին։ «Պաշտոնյաները իրենց տաքուկ կաբինետներում նստած մինչեւ մեկ միլիոն պարգեւավճար են ստանում, իսկ հասարակ ոստիկանին, որ բարձրանում է դիրքեր նրանց կաշին պահելու համար, չեն ցանկանում էդ 80 հազար դրամը տալ։ Հարցը գումարը չէ, հարցը վերաբերմունքն է, մեծ վիրավորանք է իրենց համար»,- հավելեց նա։ Քաղաքացին նշեց, որ իրենք դիմել են ոստիկանության լրատվական ծառայություն, իրենց հայտնել են, որ տեղյակ չեն այդ գումարների մասին։ ՀՀ ոստիկանության լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Աշոտ Ահարոնյանը NEWS.am-ին պարզաբանում է տվել այս խնդրի վերաբերյալ։ «ԶԼՄ-ներում հրապարակում է տարածվել, թե ոստիկանության զորքերի՝ դիրքեր բարձրացած զինծառայողներին չեն վճարվել խոստացված պարգևավճարները: Պարզաբանենք, որ ոստիկանության ծառայողներին՝ ոստիկանության պետից մինչև շարքային, այդ թվում և մարտական հերթափոխում գտնվողներին, տարեվերջին վճարվել են օրենքով նախատեսված պարգևավճարները: Ինչ վերաբերում է Ամանորի օրերին մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացրած ծառայողներին, ապա ոստիկանության պետի՝ հունվարին ստորագրած առանձին հրամանով նրանց կտրվի նաև լրացուցիչ պարգևավճար»,- ասել է նա:
