ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ դիտավորությամբ մեկ ուրիշին ծանր մարմնական վնաս պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
2019թ. փետրվարի 2-ին՝ ժամը 13։45-ին, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն է զանգահարել Երևան քաղաքի՝ 1986 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը և հայտնել, որ «Հայկոոպ» բազայի մոտ դանակով մարդ է վնասել։
Նույն օրը՝ ժամը 15։05-ին, բժշկական կենտրոններից մեկից ՀՀ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժին հաղորդում է ստացվել առ այն, որ «կրծքավանդակի առաջային մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք» ախտորոշմամբ շտապօգնության թիվ 42-րդ խումբն իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել Երևան քաղաքի՝1957թ. ծնված բնակչուհուն:
Ըստ վերջինիս հայտարարության՝ մարմնական վնասվածքն ստացել է Երևան քաղաքի Արին Բերդ փողոցում գտնվող տանը, իսկ վնասվածքներն իրեն պատճառել է եղբորորդին՝ դանակով մի քանի անգամ հարվածելու հետևանքով։
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112 –րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: 1957թ. ծնված բնակչուհին ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում՝ դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և բինտե խծուծների վրա վերցվել են արնանման հետքեր։ Առգրավվել են տուժողի հագին եղած հագուստները
Փետրվարի 2-ին՝ ժամը 15։20-ին, հիշյալ հանցագործությունը կատարելու կասկածանքով դեպքի վայրից բերման է ենթարկվել տուժող կնոջ եղբորորդին՝ Երևան քաղաքի՝ 1986 թվականին ծնված բնակիչը:
Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է, տվել խոստովանական ցուցմունք, ներկայացրել հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող դանակը՝ նշելով, որ հորաքրոջը խոհանոցային դանակով վնասվածքները հասցրել է բնակարանի տնօրինման շուրջ ծագած վեճի պատճառով։
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատակենսաբանական, դատահետքաբանական փորձաքննություններ։
