Սույն թվականի փետրվարի 2-ին ՀՀ ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքն անցկացրել է դռնփակ նիստ, որին մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ վարչապետն ու մի շարք մարզպետներ: Հաշվի առնելով այս իրադարձության հանրային հնչեղությունն ու հանրային հետաքրքրությունը, ԶԼՄ-ները փորձել են լուսաբանել այն: Սակայն նրանց այս նախաձեռնությունը տապալվել է, քանի որ, որպես պատճառ բերելով հանգամանքը, թե օրը ոչ աշխատանքային է, ինչպես նաև այն, որ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքը լրատվամիջոցներին չի հրավիրել լուսաբանել հանդիպումը, ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչները հայտնվել են բավական նվաստացուցիչ պայմաններում՝ ԱԺ-ի անցակետում ժամերով սպասելով պարզաբանումների: Հաշվի առնելով իշխանական ուժը ներկայացնող առանձին պատգամավորների պնդումները, թե միջադեպն ուղղված չէր մամուլի ազատության դեմ և խնդիրը եղել է զուտ տեխնիկական, այսուհանդերձ պնդում ենք, որ տեղի ունեցածը վատ նախադեպ կարող է դառնալ և, ըստ էության, վտանգում է տեղեկատվություն ստանալու և տարածելու Սահմանադրական իրավունքը: Հաշվի առնելով նշվածը, մենք «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի պատգամավորներին կոչ ենք անում այսուհետ խուսափել նման սխալներից, ինչպես նաև հորդորում ենք փոփոխություններ կատարել ՀՀ ԱԺ-ի կանոնակարգ-օրենքում՝ խորհրդարանի աշխատանքները լրատվամիջոցների համար ամբողջությամբ բաց և թափանցիկ դարձնելու նպատակով: Սրան զուգահեռ, մենք մեր խորը մտահոգությունն ենք հայտնում սոցիալական ցանցերում վերջերս սկիզբ առած՝ որոշ լրատվամիջոցների դեմ սկսված արշավի կապակցությամբ: Գտնում ենք, որ նման ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն ուղղակիորեն վտանգում է խոսքի, կարծիք և տեսակետ ունենալու ազատությունը: Միաժամանակ, սակայն, մենք կիսում ենք մտահոգությունն առ այն, որ լրատվամիջոցների մի մասը, ելնելով քաղաքական կամ տնտեսական ինչ-ինչ շահերից, գերադասում է հասարակությանը տրամադրել տեղեկատվություն, որը չի համապատասխանում լրագրողական էթիկայի, լրատվամիջոցի անաչառության և համակողմանիության սկզբունքներին: Այսուհանդերձ, պնդում ենք, որ այս և ցանկացած այլ խնդիր պետք է դիտարկվի միայն ու բացառապես ՀՀ օրենսդրության շրջանակում: Հակառակ դեպքում, մենք տեղի ունեցողը կարող ենք և կդիտարկենք որպես հարձակում խոսքի ազատության վրա ու կմեկնաբանենք որպես մամուլի ազատությունը ճնշելու փորձ: Լրագրողների անկախ արհմիության վարչություն #Ազատմամուլ
