Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի կողմից սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզվել են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են Կոտայքի մարզի բնակչի կողմից սուտ մատնություն կատարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները: Վերջինիս մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:
2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 13-ին Կոտայքի մարզի Նոր Գեղի բնակիչը՝ ծնված 1983թ., ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնում հաղորդում էր տվել այն մասին, որ գյուղում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ նույն գյուղի մեկ այլ բնակիչ դանակով հարվածել է իր աջ ոտքին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածք։Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Նոր Գեղի 36-ամյա բնակչի կողմից տրված հաղորդումը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:
Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2018թ. դեկտեմբերի 13-ին 36-ամյա տղամարդը իր տան բակում փայտ կոտրելու ժամանակ կորցրել է հավասարակշռությունն ու ընկել գետնին գտնվող երկաթի սուր կտորի վրա, որի հետևանքով վնասվել է աջ ազդրի հատվածը։ Համագյուղացու հետ ունենալով անձնական խնդիրներ՝ որոշել է վատություն անել նրան՝ հայտնելով, թե բակում հանդիպել է վերջինիս, ով վիճաբանության ժամանակ դանակահարել է իրեն:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ Նոր Գեղի 36-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել ստորագրություն չհեռանալու մասին:
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
