Ձեռք է բերվել ոչ թե հարկաբաժին, այլ բնակարան, այն էլ՝ հիփոթեքով

Հունվարի 29–ին «Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրավոր հարցում էր ուղարկել ՀՀ ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչություն հետևյալ բովանդակությամբ. «Տեղեկություններ կան, որ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը գնել է Աջափնյակում կառուցվող նորակառույց շենքերից մեկի մի ամբողջ հարկաբաժինը: Ըստ տեղեկության ՝ գնման փաստաթղթավորումն իրականացվել է Արարատ Միրզոյանի կնոջ անու նով: Խնդրում ենք պարզաբանել ՝ տեղեկատվությունը որքանո՞վ է համապատասխանում իրականությանը»:
Ու թեպետ ԱԺ նախագահը մեր հարցումն ուղարկելու հաջորդ օրը իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում անդրադարձել էր այդ հարցին, այդուամենայնիվ, ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից ստացել ենք մեր հարցման պատասխանը, որը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ.
«Ձեր հարցմանն ի պատասխան հայտնում ենք, որ այն փոխանցվել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանին: Ստորև ներկայացնում ենք Արարատ Միրզոյանի կողմից տրված պատասխանը.
«Հարկ եմ համարում անձամբ պատասխանել ս.թ. հունվարի 29–ի ձեր գրավոր հարցմանը։ Ձեր «ունեցած ինֆորմացիան» (չակերտների մեջ առնված ձևակերպումները ձերն են) այն մասին, թե «Արարատ Միրզոյանը գնել է Աջափնյակում կառուցվող նորակառույց շենքերից մեկի մի ամբողջ հարկաբաժինը», և թե «փաստաթղթավորումն իրականացվել է Արարատ Միրզոյանի կնոջ անունով», չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը։
Սիրով ներկայացնեմ իրականությունը։ 17/09/2018–ին ես և կինս հիփոթեքային կրեդիտի պայմանագրով բնակարան ենք ձեռք բերել Աջափնյակում կառուցվող մի նորակառույց շենքում։ Բնակարանն ամենևին էլ մի ամբողջ հարկաբաժին չի զբաղեցնում։ Ես և կինս բնակարանի համասեփականատեր և վարկառու/համավարկառու ենք հանդիսանում։
Ավելացնեմ նաև, որ բնակարանի ընտրությունը տեղի է ունեցել և նախկին սեփականատիրոջ հետ առքուվաճառքի մասին բանավոր պայմանավորվածությունը ձեռք է բերվել դեռ 2017 թ. աշնանը։ Գործարքի իրականացման համար վարկավորող բանկի կողմից պահանջվող կանխավճարը մուծելու համար մենք վաճառել ենք տարիներ ի վեր մեզ պատկանող մեկ այլ բնակարան։ Այս ամենն արտացոլված է իմ հրապարակային հայտարարագրերում։

Ի դեպ, հավելենք, որ հարցումն ուղարկելուց հետո մեզ նոր տեղեկություններ հայտնի դարձան այս հարցի կապակցությամբ, ինչի մասին մենք հրապարակել ենք հունվարի 30–ի համարում՝ մասնավորաբար նշելով. «Մեր հասարակության համար գուցե դեռևս անսովոր փաստ է, բայց, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, Արարատ Միրզոյանը բազմահազար քաղաքացիների նման բնակարանը գնել է հիփոթեքով»:
