Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներից բաղկացած կազմակերպված խումբը Երևանում հափշտակություններ է կատարել

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Երևանում տեղի ունեցած մի շարք գողություններն իրականացվել են Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներից բաղկացած կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության
և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ կազմակերպված խմբի երեք անդամների (ազգությամբ վրացի, Վրաստանի քաղաքացիներ) կողմից, ըստ նախապես մշակված պլանի և դերաբաշխման, նոյեմբերի առաջին տասնօրյակում գողություն ու գողության փորձեր են իրականացվել Երևանի տարբեր վարչական շրջաններում։
Քննությամբ բացահայտվել է նույն խմբի կողմից կատարված հափշտակության և հափշտակության փորձի 5 դրվագ, որոնցից 4-ը գրանցվել է Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն, իսկ մեկը՝ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանում։ Ընդ որում, հանցավոր ոտնձգությունից տուժել են հիմնականում կանայք. գողություններն ու գողության փորձերը 4 դեպքում կատարվել են կանանց պատկանող բնակարաններից և ավտոմեքենայից։
Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջաններում տեղի ունեցած նշված 5 դեպքերով հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ երեք անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 5 դրվագով՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 և 2-րդ կետերով (3 դրվագ) և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ)։
Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
Ձեռնարկվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ՝ բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ և լրիվ նախաքննությունն ապահովելու, խմբի հնարավոր այլ անդամների առկայությունը, նույն խմբի կողմից կատարված հնարավոր այլ հափշտակության կամ հափշտակության փորձերը պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորություննապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտածդատավճռով:
