Մնացականյանը «խոսում է ամեն ինչի մասին և ոչինչ չի ասում»

regnum.ru–ն «Բանակցություններ առանց բանակցությունների. Երևանի «հեղափոխական» իշխանությունը ամեն ինչ գաղտնի է պահում» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը վերջերս հայտարարել է, որ Ադրբեջան–Հայաստան բանակցություններում պահպանվում է կառուցողական մթնոլորտը, և Հայաստանը շարունակում է և շարունակելու է մասնակցել բանակցային գործընթացին: Նա նաև նշել է, որ ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հնարավոր պաշտոնական հանդիպմանը, ապա չպետք է շտապել, կարևորն այն է , որ գործընթացը կառուցվում է այնպես, որ արդյունք լինի, և պետք է համոզված լինել, որ հաջորդ քայլերը կկառուցվեն այնպես, որ այս դինամիկան պահպանվի: Այս իրավիճակի տարօրինակությունն այն է, որ երբ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը չի քննարկում ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման հարցը «խաղաղություն տարածքների փոխարեն» բանաձևով և կողմ է Ստեփանակերտի մասնակցությանը բանակցային գործընթացին, Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ–ն մեղադրեց Հայաստանին «բանակցությունները խաթարելու ձգտման մեջ»: Հետևաբար Մնացականյանի հայտարարությունը ընկալվում է միանգամից երեք հնարավոր ձևով. կա՛մ նա բացահայտորեն բլեֆ է անում՝ փորձելով թաքցնել այն փաստը, որ բանակցային գործընթացն ընդհատվել է, կա՛մ Երևանը գաղտնի անդրկուլիսյան բանակցություններ է վարում և ընդունում է կամ պատրաստվում է ընդունել Ադրբեջանի պայմանները, որոնք հրապարակավ հնչում են որպես Հայաստանի կողմից բոլոր շրջանների ազատում և Ստեփանակերտին ինքնավարության կարգավիճակի շնորհում Ադրբեջանի կազմում, կա՛մ էլ Բաքուն որոշակի զիջումների է գնում, որը չի ցանկանում հրապարակայնորեն հայտարարել բանակցային գործընթացը պահպանելու համար: Ցավոք, «հեղափոխական» Երևանը շարունակում է պահպանել «գաղտնիության» կնիքը ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակի զարգացումներում, իսկ ինքը՝ Մնացականյանը, «խոսում է ամեն ինչի մասին և ոչինչ չի ասում»: Իրավիճակը նույնիսկ չփոխվեց այն ժամանակ, երբ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամները Մնացականյանին հրավիրեցին հանդիպման` ներկայիս իրավիճակը պարզաբանելու նպատակով: Բայց, ցավոք, ինչպես առաջ էր, նույնն է նաև հիմա՝ հնչում են բառեր և ոչ մի կոնկրետ բան:
