Քայլ արածները արտագաղթում են. ահազանգ Փաշինյանի համար

2019 թվականի հունվարի մեկին՝ նոր տարվա առաջին օրը, վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր Հայաստան ժամանածների և Հայաստանից մեկնածների դրական տարբերության մասին։ Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել էր, որ 2018 թվականին հունվարի 1-ից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 25-ը Հայաստանից մեկնածների և Հայաստան ժամանածների տարբերությունը կազմել է +20,713։ Սակայն ուշագրավն այստեղ այն է, որ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը (ԱԱԾ), որը վերահսկում է սահմանահատումները, այլ թվեր է ներկայացնում:
Մասնավորապես, ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի, 2018թ․ հունվարի 1-ից մինչ դեկտեմբերի 31-ը Հայաստան է ժամանել 1,906,722 անձ, իսկ մեկնել՝ 1,893,189 անձ։ Այսինքն, ժամանածների և մեկնածների տարբերությունը կազմել է 15,533 անձ կամ՝ Փաշինյանի նշած թվից 5,180-ով պակաս։ Դրան հաջորդեց փետրվարի 5-ին հրապարակված ՀՀ վիճակագրական կոմիտեի զեկույցը: Ըստ այդմ ՝ մշտական բնակչության թվաքանակի ցուցանիշն այս տարվա հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ կազմել է 2 մլն 965.1 հազար մարդ, մինչդեռ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում մշտական բնակվողների թիվը 2 մլն 972.7 հազար էր: Այսինքն` 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ ՀՀ-ում բնակչության թվաքանակը 7 հազար 600-ով պակասել է: Վիճակը աղետալի է հատկապես մարզերում: Միայն Լոռու մարզում այս տարվա հունվար 1-ի դրությամբ բնակիչները պակասել են 2800-ով: Մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մեկ մարզից 2800 բնակչի նվազելը պետք է որ լուրջ ահազանգ լինի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարության համար:
Փաստորեն, փորձելով իրավիճակը ներկայացնել չափից դուրս վառ գույների ներքո՝ վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հունվարին մի շարք մանիպուլյացիաների է դիմել: Օրինակ՝ հետաքրքիր է, որ նրա գրառման մեջ չէր նշվում մեկնածների և ժամանածների ընդհանուր թիվը: Բացի այդ՝ վարչապետը փորձել է միայն միգրացիայի միջոցով բնակչության աճի տեսլական ստեղծել, մինչդեռ պաշտոնական տվյալները կարծես թե խառնում են Փաշինյանի պլանները՝ ի ցույց դնելով իրականության ողջ դառնությունը:Կառավարության ընդունած մի շարք որոշումներ հասարակության շրջանում լուրջ բողոքի ալիք են բարձրացրել, ըստ որոշ կանխատեսումների՝ գարնանը արտագաղթի ալիքը էլ ավելի լայն թափ կստանա: Էլ ավելի հատկանշական է, որ վերջին ամիսներին նկատվում է հեղափոխության օրերին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին աջակցող, նրա հետ քայլ արած ակտիվիստների և ինչու ոչ՝ նաև հասարակ քաղաքացիների հիասթափությունը, որը վերջիններս արտահայտում են սոցիալական ցանցերում, հայտնելով, որ պատրաստվում են արագաղթել: Ասել է թե՝ հեղափոխության կապիտալիզացման այս կարևոր փուլում ինչ-որ բան այնպես չէ, եթե հեղափոխականները արդեն հիասթափվում են իրենց իսկ արած հեղափոխությունից...
