Կառավարության ծրագիրը ցույց է տալիս, որ պետական հաստատությունները մեկ անձինց են կախված․ Ստեփան Դանիելյան
POLITICS«Համագործակցություն հանուն ժողովրդավարության» կենտրոնի նախագահ Ստեփան Դանիելյանը կառավարության ծրագրի մասին խոսելիս նախ նկատեց, որ այն դեռ մշակվելու է։ Սակայն Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, թե իր համար ծրագրի ամենատարօրինակ հատվածն այն է, որ նշվում է, թե իրականացումը կախված է Կառավարության քաղաքական կամքից։
«Քաղաքական առումով ամենատարօրինակ այն էր, որ գրված է այս ամենի իրականացումը կախված է կառավարության քաղաքական կամքից, այսինքն՝ կառավարությունը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է, նաև ԱԺ-ն է իր ցուցակով ընտրվել, ստացվում է, որ և՛ ԱԺ-ն է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից կախված, և՛ Կառավարությունը։
Այսինքն՝ մեկ անձին կախված պետական հաստատություններ են, և մեկ անձի կամքից կախված կառավարության ծրագիր է, կառուցվածքային որևէ փոփոխություն չկա»,- ասաց նա։
Դանիելյանը նկատեց, որ երբ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանին հարցրել են, թե ինչու չի կատարվում նախկին խոստումները՝ կապված նաև օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների հետ, նա պատասխանել է, թե այն ժամանակ վատ մարդիկ են եղել․ «Ասում են՝ այն ժամանակ վատ մարդիկ են եղել, հիմա լավ մարդիկ են, այսինքն՝ ամեն բան կախված է մեկ լավ մարդուց»,- ընդգծեց Ստեփան Դանիելյանը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է հարցին՝արդյո՞ք վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կգնա սուպերվարչապետական համակարգի փոփոխություններին, նա ասաց․ «Եթե հանրային ու քաղաքական ճնշումներ չլինեն, չի գնա, եթե ճնշումներ լինեն և այդ ճնշումները լինեն շատ ճիշտ կազմակերպված ու հանրային կարծիքը ձևավորելու վրա ազդելով, ապա կգնա»։
Միևնույն ժամանակ նա չի շտապում հայտարարել, թե Հայաստանում քաղաքական դաշտի առողջացում չի լինում, և բացակայում է ռեալ քաղաքականությունը։ Նրա խոսքով՝ ինքն ու շատերը հույս ունեն, որ աշխատաոճը կփոխի, և այս կառավարությունը կգնա գաղափարական դաշտ։
