ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և ուրիշի կյանքին դիտավորությամբ ծանր մարմնական  վնասվածք պատճառելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում ձերբակալվել է 4 անձ, տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 21-ին տարբեր մարմնական վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց էին տեղափոխվել Երևան քաղաքի 1985 և 1977 թվականին ծնված բնակիչներ:

Նախապատրաստվող նյութերի ընթացքում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել,  որ 2019թ. հունվարի 20-ին՝ժամը 23-ի սահմաններում, մի խումբ անհայտ անձինք, Երևան քաղաքի Խաղաղ Դոնի փողոցում գործող բիլիարդի ակումբում կոպիտ կերպով խախտել են հասարակական կարգը, բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորել հասարակության նկատմամբ, որը զուգորդվել էր Երևան քաղաքի 1985 և 1977 թվականին ծնված բնակիչների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելով, ակումբի գույքը վնասելով և որպես զենք հանդիսացող սուր կտրող-ծակող գործիք, ատրճանակ գործադրելով:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԵՔՔՎ Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում  2019թ. հունվարի 21-ին հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Կազմվել է քննչական խումբ, մշակվել քննչական պլան: Քննչական կոմիտեի և  Ոստիկանության ծառայողների հետ  համատեղ իրականացված անհետաձգելի քննչական, օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, շարժառիթը, տվյալներ ձեռք բերվել Խաղաղ Դոնի փողոցում գործող բիլիարդ ակումբում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին մասնակցի անձանց շրջանակի վերաբերյալ:

Նախաքննական մարմինը տվյալներ է ստացել, որ Խաղաղ Դոնի փողոցում գործող բիլիարդ ակումբում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպին մասնակիցները «հաշիվ պահանջելու» և վրեժխնդիր լինելու նպատակով պարզաբանումներ կատարելու համար  պայմանավորվել են հանդիպել 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 8-ին:

Հետագա հնարավոր  ծանր և առանձնապես ծանր հանցագործությունները կանխելու համար որոշվել է վնասազերծել կողմերին և բերման ենթարկել:

Երեկ երեկոյան՝ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանություն կատարելու և ուրիշի կյանքին դիտավորությամբ ծանր մարմնական  վնասվածք պատճառելու կասկածանքով  բերման են ենթարկվել 8 անձ, որոնցից 4-ը ձերբակալվել է:

Ձերբակալվածներից երկուսը եղբայրներ են:

Նրանցից մեկին պատկանող «Տոյոտա Քեմրի»  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի խուզարկությամբ, հայտնաբերվել է «ԱԿՄ տեսակի 7,62 մմ տրամաչափի ինքնաձիգ `լիցքավորված 27 փամփուշտներով, «ՊՄ տեսակի ատրճանակ` լիցքավորված 8 փամփուշտներով, «ՊՄ տեսակի ատրճանակից կրակ արձակելու համար նախատեսված`գործարանային տուփով  9 մմ տրամաչափի 18 փամփուշտներ, 5,45 մմ տրամաչափի ինքնաձիգի 1 փամփուշտ, կաթոցիչի մեջ լցված դեղնականաչավուն զանգված:

Ձերբակալվածքներից Ա.Գ.-ի անձնական խուզարկությամբ` վերարկուի գրպանից հայտնաբերվել է 9 մմ տրամաչափի կրակված 2 պարկուճ, 2 կաթոցիչ` մուգ շագանակագույն հեղուկով։

Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում կատարվել են 15-ից  ավել խուզարկություններ: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Կտրվի լրացուցիչ տեղեկատվություն:
