Փետրվարի 6-ին ոստիկանության Ախուրյանի բաժնում տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Ախուրիկ գյուղի բնակիչ Ռուստամ Կ-ն տանը ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք և թմրանյութ է պահում:

Հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, փետրվարի 8-ին Ռուստամ Կ-ի տանը և հարակից տարածքներում կատարված խուզարկությամբ, նկուղում արկղի մեջ հայտնաբերել է ինքնաձիգի 9 զսպանակ, սվին-դանակ, սվին-դանակի 6 բռնակ, 8 զարկանաձգանային մեխանիզմ, 16 զարկանաձգանային մեխանիզմի զսպանակ, ինքնաձիգի 2 գազամխոց, 60-ից ավելի ինքնաձիգի տարբեր դետալներ` դատարկ պահունակից ու զարկանաձգանային մեխանիզմից մինչև ատրճանակային բռնակ, և մեկ զրահաբաճկոն: 

Ռուստամ Կ-ն հայտնել է, որ զինամթերքը ձեռք է բերել 1990թ. խորհրդային բանակում ծառայելու ժամանակ` Արցախի ինքնապաշտպանական ուժերին ուղարկելու նպատակով: 

Բաժնում ստացված տեղեկություններն իրացնելով, մեկ այլ քրեական գործի շրջանակներում, Ախուրյանի ոստիկանները նույն օրը խուզարկություն են իրականացրել նաև Մայիսյան գյուղի բնակիչ Անդրանիկ Բ-ի տանը:

Նկուղում պոլիէթիլենային 2 պարկերի մեջ հայտնաբերվել է 430 գրամ ընդհանուր կշռով կանեփանման չորացրած զանգված, պոլիէթիլենային փաթեթի մեջ` կանեփանման բույսի սերմնահատիկներ, տանիքից` ապակե տարայի մեջ կանեփանման կանաչ գույնի զանգված, խոհանոցից՝ բաժակի մեջ լցված կանեփանման բույսի սերմեր: 

Ոստիկանները ննջասենյակներից մեկից հայտաբերել են նաև 8 տարբեր չափերի դանակ, 15 կրակված և 4 չկրակված որսորդական փամփուշտ, «Ֆաբարմ» տիպի 12 մմ տ/չ որսորդական օդաճնշիչ զենք, «ՍՎՌ-25» 4.4 մմ տ/չ գազային ատրճանակ, օդաճնշիչ ատրճանակի գնդանման փամփուշտներ, նշված զենքերի փաստաթղթերը և Անդրանիկ Բ-ի որսորդական վկայականը:

Բուսական զանգվածների վերաբերյալ Անդրանիկ Բ-ն հայտնել է, որ նշվածները` կանեփ թմրամիջոց են, պատրաստել է տան պարսպի մոտակայքում վայրի աճած կանեփի թփերից, օգտագործելու համար: 

Հետագա միջոցառումներով, փետվարի 8-ին խուզարկություն կատարվեց նաև Ազատան գյուղի հյուրանոցային համալիրում: Նշված համալիրի առանձնասենյակներից մեկում հայտնաբերվել է առանց տուփերի, պիտակի կամ մակնշման 43 կանաչ և 2 սպիտակ դեղահաբ, իսկ նկուղում` էլեկտրական կշեռք, հողով լցված 336 դույլերում եղել են կանեփանման բույսի ծիլեր ու ցողուններ: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ Ռուբեն Ս-ին հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: 

Խուզարկությունների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվածը փաթեթավորվել և կնիքվել է հետագա պարզաբանումների համար:

Նշանակվել են դատաձգաբանական և դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ: Նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր:
