Փետրվարի 9-ին Ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելով՝ Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները մի քանի դարանակալումներ կատարելու արդյունքում Կոմիտաս պողոտայից քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ՊՊԾ գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի ծառայողների հետ, իրացնելով համատեղ գործողություններ, գողություն կատարելու կասկածանքով Արաբկիրի ոստիկանություն են բերման ենթարկել մի քանի քաղաքացիներ:
Ինչպես հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը, վերջիններս եղել են ВАЗ 2121 մակնիշի 35 XN 114 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով:
Սկզբնաղբյուրի տեղեկություններով՝ նշված անձինք են Երևան քաղաքի Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 21-ամյա Էրիկ Տոնոյանը, ով վարելիս է եղել Niva-ն, նրա ուղևորներ, Մասիս քաղաքի բնակիչ, 19-ամյա Վահե Ավետիսյանը, ով Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժնի կողմից ՀՀ քր օր-ի 327 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշով 2018 թ.-ի հոկտեմբերից գտնվում էր հետախուզման մեջ և դատարանը նրա նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրել կալանքը, Երևանի բնակիչ, 23-ամյա Հայկ Սահակյանը:
Պարզվել է, որ ոստիկանության Արաբկիրի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի են եղել ու այս տարվա փետրվարի 9-ին, գիշերը ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում Է. Տոնոյանը, Վ. Ավետիսյանը գողացել են Երևան քաղաքի Հարավարևմտյան թաղամասի Բաբաջանյան 71 շենքի բակում կայանված, 64-ամյա Զավեն Մալյանին պատկանող Opel Vectra մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշները և գողացված համարանիշները ամրացրել են Է. Տոնոյանի վարած Niva-ի վրա: Է. Տոնոյանի ավտոմեքենայի իրական համարանիշները եղել են 04 GG 404:
Արաբկիրի ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ փետրվարի 8-ին դարձյալ գիշերը, ժամը 03:00-ի սահմաններում եռյակը Արաբկիրի վարչական շրջանի Կոմիտաս 49 շենքի բակում թալանել են Լիլիթ Ոսկանյանին պատկանող Mercedes մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի կողային հայելիները: Ոստիկանները պարզել են նաև, որ եռյակը միայն Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում կատարել է Mercedes մակնիշի շուրջ 10 ավտոմեքենաներից գողություններ, հիմնականում տանելով կողային հայելիներ:
