«Հասրաթյան-Մինասյան» հիմնադրամը սկսում է իր գործունեությունը. Միքայել Մինասյան

Իմ ընտանիքը հիմնել է կրթամշակութային հիմնադրամ ի հիշատակ երկու պապերիս՝ անվանի գիտնական ու քաղաքական գործիչ Միքայել Մինասյանի և ճարտարապետ, քաղաքական գործիչ Գրիգոր Հասրաթյանի։ Այս մասին իր ֆեսյբուքյան էջում գրել է Սուրբ Աթոռում եւ Մալթայի Ինքնիշխան Մարտական Ուխտում ՀՀ նախկին դեսպան Միքայել Մինասյանը։

«Սիրելի՛ ընկերներ, պատիվ ունեմ տեղեկացնելու, որ իմ ընտանիքը հիմնել է կրթամշակութային հիմնադրամ ի հիշատակ երկու պապերիս՝ անվանի գիտնական ու քաղաքական գործիչ Միքայել Մինասյանի և ճարտարապետ, քաղաքական գործիչ Գրիգոր Հասրաթյանի:

Լուսանկարում պապերս են, մարդիկ, որոնք անսահման սիրել են իրենց երկիրն ու մասնագիտությունը, ունեցել են առաքելության զգացում և մեծ գործեր անելու նվիրում։

Հայրական պապս՝ Միքայել Մինասյանը, տարբեր պաշտոններ զբաղեցնելու հետ մեկտեղ, երբեք չի հեռացել գիտությունից: Լինելով միջազգայնագետ-պատմաբան՝ նա համատեղել է գիտական ու քաղաքական գործունեությունը, եղել է ամբիոնի վարիչ, արժանացել է պրոֆեսորի կոչման:

Պրոֆեսոր Մինասյանն իր գիտելիքներն ու փորձը ներդրել է նաև բացահայտելու քաղաքական լիդերի և քաղաքական էլիտայի էությունը: Նա համոզված էր, որ քաղաքական լիդերին զսպող ամենահզոր ուժն ու սխալներից պաշտպանողը պատմության առջև պատասխանատվության զգացումն է: Իր գրքերում նա նշում էր, որ քաղաքական գործիչը չի կարող հաջողության հասնել, եթե չգիտի կամ չի կարևորում պատմությունը: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ պատմությունը փաստերի ոչ թե այսրոպեական, այլ ընդհանրական ընկալումն է, իսկ իրական լիդեր նա է, ով ի զորու է ընկալել և ճիշտ վերլուծել պատմությունն ու իր դերը պատմության շրջապտույտում:

Նա պնդում էր, որ պատմությունը երկրի վերնախավի համար ոչ միայն իմացություն է, այլև պատասխանատվության մեծ բեռ:

Մայրական պապս՝ Գրիգոր Հասրաթյանը, ևս քաղաքական գործունեությանը զուգահեռ զբաղվել է գիտությամբ: Պապս ինչ պաշտոնում էլ լիներ` հավատում էր, որ մեծ արդյունքի կարելի է հասնել միայն մեծ երազանք ունենալու դեպքում, որին տանող ճանապարհը պետք է հարթել մշակույթի միջոցով։ Ընդ որում, մշակույթ ասելով նա նկատի ուներ ոչ թե «հայկական մշակույթը հայերի համար», այլ «հայկական մշակույթն աշխարհի համար»։ Նա հավատում էր, որ պետք է բաց լինել աշխարհի առջև, դառնալ համաշխարհային հանրության մասը և ստեղծել զուտ հայկական, բայց աշխարհին հասկանալի ու մրցունակ մշակութային արժեքներ։ Նա համոզված էր, որ մշակույթը պահպանելուն զուգընթաց պետք է միշտ առաջ շարժվել:

Երկու պապերս էլ թողել են մեծ մշակութային ժառանգություն, որը կարելի տեսնել պարզապես զբոսնելով Երևանի փողոցներում:

Ուստի մեզ՝ նրանց ընտանիքների անդամների համար, մեծ պատասխանատվություն է շարունակելու այն գործը, որով ապրել են նրանք։ Այդ պատճառով մեր երկու մեծ ընտանիքները որոշել են ստեղծել «Հասրաթյան-Մինասյան» հիմնադրամը։

Հիմնադրամն ունենալու է 2 հիմնական ուղղություն. «Մինասյան» բաժինը կզբաղվի պատմության վերաիմաստավորմամբ և քաղաքական մտքի այլընտրանքային հետազոտություններով: Իսկ «Հասրաթյան» բաժինը պայմաններ կստեղծի արվեստի և մշակույթի նոր, թեմատիկ գործերն ու համարձակ նախաձեռնությունները կյանքի կոչելու համար:

Մեր երկու ընտանիքներն այս որոշումն ընդունել են պատասխանատվության մեծ զգացումով ու հավատով` ապագայի նկատմամբ։ «Հասրաթյան-Մինասյան» հիմնադրամը սկսում է իր գործունեությունը»,– գրել է նա։
