Հայաստանի կինեմատոգրաֆիստների միության նախագահ Հարություն Խաչատրյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ կապված կինոռեժիսոր Հովհաննես Գալստյանի հացադուլ հայտարարելուի հետ:
Հայտարարությունում, մասնավորապես, ասվում է.
«Կինոռեժիսոր Հովհաննես Գալստյանի հայտարարած հացադուլն արդեն ուղղակիորեն սպառնում է նրա առողջությանն ու կյանքին: Իրավիճակի վատթարացումը կարող է անդառնալի հետևանքների հանգեցնել, մանավանդ, որ կինոռեժիսորն այս քայլին դիմում է արդեն երկրորդ անգամ:
Դեռ առաջին անգամ հայտարարված հացադուլի առաջին իսկ օրը հանդիպել եմ Հովհաննես Գալստյանին, հորդորել՝ չդիմել նման ծայրահեղ միջոցների, դադարեցնել հացադուլը, փորձել երկխոսության, բանակցությունների միջոցով գտնել լուծումներ: Առաջարկել եմ նաև իրավական խորհրդատվություն: Այդ օրերին ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությունում կայացած հանդիպումը հույս ներշնչեց, որ կինոռեժիսորի կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրը կքննարկվի, կգտնվեն լուծումներ, բայց, ցավոք, այն մնաց չլուծված:
Այսօր ստեղծված իրավիճակը դուրս է ողջամտության բոլոր սահմաններից:
Չկա առավել թանկ բան, քան մարդու կյանքը: Չկան խնդիրներ, որոնք հնարավոր չէ լուծել: Չկան հարցեր, որոնք անհնար է կարգավորել երկխոսության միջոցով: Այս օրերին ևս դիմել ենք Հովհաննես Գալստյանին՝ կյանքի համար սպառնալիք հանդիսացող հացադուլը դադարեցնելու խնդրանքով, մեզ հասու բոլոր միջոցներով խնդրի կարգավորմանն աջակցելու առաջարկով, բայց կինոռեժիսորն անդրդվելի է:
Նկատի առնելով ստեղծված իրավիճակը, մարդու կյանքի ու առողջության պահպանման անքննարկելի, անվիճելի գերակայությունը, դիմում եմ ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարությանը, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատարին, ՀՀ մշակույթի նախկին նախարար, ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար տիկին Լիլիթ Մակունցին, կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանին՝ անհապաղ ձեռնարկել բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները, որպեսզի կինոռեժիսորը դադարեցնի հացադուլը, և որպեսզի քննարկվեն կինոռեժիսորի բարձրացրած հարցի կարգավորման հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցները երկխոսության միջոցով:
