Օրերս Armdaily.am-ին բողոք էր ստացել այն մասին, որ Արմավիրի մարզի Մերձավան համայնքի մանկապարտեզի դայակները երեխաներին խմելու ջուր չեն տալիս, որպեսզի երեխաները ոչ զուգարան գնան, իսկ ավելի փոքրերեը՝‹‹ տակները չանեն››։ Նաև հայտնում էին, որ մանկապարտեզում հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայից վճար են վերցնել, նրան նաև միայնակ թողել են դահլիճում՝ դուռը վրան փակելով։ Armdaily.am-ի հետ զրույցում Մերձավանի համայնքապետ Լևոն Գրիգորյանն ասաց, որ հնարավոր չի համարում դա և հավելեց, որ նման դեպքերում քաղաքացին պետք է դիմեր համայնքապետարան։ Մեզ հետ զրույցում մանկապարտեզի տնօրեն Գայանե Սարգսյանն այդ ամենը հեյրուրանք որակեց․‹‹Այդ ծնողն առաջինը պետք է գար մեզ մոտ։ Դաստիարակները հենց հիմա ինձ մոտ նստած են և բավականին բորբոքված են։Այդպիսի սուտ ու հեյրուրանք չի կարելի տարածել մեր աշխատանքի նկատմամբ››։ Ինչ վերբերում է հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխային դահլիճում փակելու մասին, տնօրենը նկատեց, որ երեխայի ասածը ծնողները միանշանակ ճշմարտություն են ընկալում, փոխանակ փորձեն իսկապես ճշմարտությունը պարզել․‹‹Այստեղ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատող մայր է և հնարավոր չի այսպիսի բան արած լինեն։Երեխան կարող է հազար ու մի բան ասել, բայց կարելի՞ է չէ ճշտել։ Մի անգամ տոլմա էինք տվել, բայց ծնողի հետ աստիճաններով խոսելիս իջնում էր և ասում, որ փլավ են կերել։ Նա աթոռը չի կարողանում շարժել, տանել, որպեսզի նստի, դայակը նրան մայրաբար գրկած տանում-բերում, կերակրում է։ Չի կարելի, երբ այդ երեխայի հանդեպ այդքան ուշադրությւոն է դարձվում ու այսպիսի վերաբերմունքի ենք արժանանում։ Մանկապարտեզում յուրաքանչյուր երեխա ունի թեյի, ջրի իր բաժակները և խոսել ջուր չտալու մասին, պարզապես հեյրուրանք է››։ Նա նշեց, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող մի երեխա է հաճախում մանկապարտեզ։ Տնօրենն ասաց, որ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխայի համար իսկապես վարձավճար են վերցնում․‹‹Ինձ մոտ կա ավագանու հրաման միայն բազմազավակ մայրերի և նպաստառուների երեխաների համար կես գին։ Ուրիշ հրաման չկա։ Հարցազրույցից հետո դպրոցի տնօրենը, ինչպես նաև մանկապարտեզի աշխատողներից մեկը մեզ հետ զանգահարաեցին՝ փորձելով պարզել, թե ով է իրենց դեմ բողոքել։
