SOCIETYՊետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցներն օրերս բերման էին ենթարկել ՀՀ քաղաքացի Կ.Հ.-ին, երբ վերջինս «Հայփոստի» բաժանմունքից ստացել էր իր անվամբ Իսպանիայից Հայաստան ներմուծված` 17 գրամ քաշով «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի պարունակությամբ փոստային առաքանին:
Փաստի առթիվ ՊԵԿ քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ, իսկ քաղաքացի Կ.Հ-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել էր կալանավորումը:
Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից անցկացված լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում, տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Կ.Հ.-ի անվամբ Իսպանիայից Հայաստան կրկին ներմուծվելու են «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոցի պարունակությամբ առաքանիներ:
Այսպես, «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ի փոստի փոխանակման և տեսակավորման կենտրոնում Արևմտյան մաքսատուն-վարչության աշխատակիցների մասնակցությամբ իրականացված մաքսային զննման արդյունքում Կ.Հ.-ի անվամբ Իսպանիայից ներմուծված փոստային երկու առաքանիներում առկա հողաթափերի և կոշիկների մեջ հայտնաբերվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված` ընդհանուր 63,89 գրամ քաշով «մարիխուանա» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:
