ՀՀԿ–ի փակվող դռներն ու Սերժի «վկաները»

Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը հայտարարել է ՀՀԿ–ին անդամակցությունը ժամանակավոր կասեցնելու մասին, քանի որ մտադիր է զբաղվել մասնագիտական և հասարակական գործունեությամբ: Կուսակցությանը անդամակցությունը չի դադարեցրել, բայց այլ գործունեության է անցել նաև Արմեն Աշոտյանը: Դավիթ Հարությունյանն էլ իրավաբանական խորհրդատվական ընկերություն է հիմնել: Վերջին շրջանում շատ են տեղեկություններն այն մասին, թե ինչով են զբաղվելու հանրապետականները: Նրանցից ոմանք դադարում են պաշտոնապես անդամակցել կուսակցությանը, ոմանք չեն դադարում, բայց անցնում են այլ գործունեության:
Մեծ հաշվով, անդամակցել–չանդամակցելու հարցը էական չէ: Էական է այն, որ ՀՀԿ–ն փաստացի այլևս չի գործում: Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ձախողումը փաստացի դառնում է ՀՀԿ–ի՝ որպես կուսակցության և կազմակերպված ուժի վերջին ճակատամարտը: Սա, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, թե չեն գործում հանրապետականները՝ նախկին ու ներկա: Հատկանշական է, սակայն, թե ինչպես են նրանք գործում: Իսկ գործում են անհատապես, մասնագիտական, հասարակական մեկնակետերից, բնականաբար դիրքավորվելով որպես ընդդիմադիր, կամ ավելի ճիշտ կլինի ասել՝ ընդդիմախոս:
ՀՀԿ–ից փաստացի բան չմնաց: Մնաց ցուցանակն ու գեղեցիկ շենքը Մելիք– Ադամյան փողոցի վրա: Իշխանություն չկա, չկա նաև ՀՀԿ: Տասնամյակից ավելի իշխանություն եղած կուսակցությունը իշխանափոխությունից հետո տրոհվեց, բաժանվեց մասերի: Իհարկե, տրոհվող մասնիկներն առանձին–առանձին բավական ակտիվ ու մեծամասամբ շարունակում են դիրքավորվել ներկայիս իշխանության դեմ: Բայց միայն այս դիրքավորումն է, որ նրանց մոտ ընդհանուր է: Նախկինում ևս նրանք ունեին բազմաթիվ հակասություններ ու տարբերություններ, պարզապես Սերժ Սարգսյանի կառավարման շուրջ կոնսոլիդացիան նրանց պահում էր իրար կողք: Հիմա Սերժ Սարգսյանի իշխանությունը չկա, հետևաբար չկա միասին լինելու առանցք: Մեծ հաշվով, այդպես էլ պետք է լիներ՝ բացառապես իշխանության շուրջ կոնսոլիդացված քաղաքական ուժը իշխանության բացակայության դեպքում փլվում է: Այդպես լինելու է ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժի հետ:
Իմիջիայլոց. ՀՀԿ–ին ՀՀՇ–ի հետ համեմատելը սխալ է: ՀՀՇ–ի իշխանազրկումից հետո պատկառելի քանակի կուսակցականներ մնացին հավատարիմ ՀՀՇ–ին ու նրա առաջնորդին: Շատերը շարունակում են այդպիսին լինել մինչ օրս: Նրանց հաճախ ընդունված է ասել Լևոնի «վկաներ»: Սերժ Սարգսյանը «վկաներ» չունի:
