«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով՝ իշխանությունների մոտ միտում է նկատվում հատկապես լրատվականների և սոցցանցերի հրապարակումները «կառավարելի» դարձնելու հարցում: Բան այն է, որ ներիշխանական խնդիրների մասին վարչապետը իմանում է ոչ միայն այն անձանցից, որոնք շշնջում են իր ականջին կամ ի պաշտոնե զեկուցում են տեղեկատվական հոսքերի մասին, այլև անձամբ է տեղեկություններ հավաքում մամուլից և, որպես ակտիվ օգտատեր, սոցիալական ցանցերից:
Ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, եթե սոցցանցերի հարցը իշխանական «սպասարկողներն» ու ֆեյքերը կարողանում են մի կերպ «փակել» և վարչապետ Փաշինյանին հասցնել համեմատաբար «զտված» տեղեկատվություն՝ առաջարկելով մաքրել այս կամ այն ինֆորմացիան, ապա կայքերի և թերթերի հարցում, այսպես կոչված, «լյապեր» շատ են լինում: Փաշինյանն առանձին թերթեր անձամբ է կարդում՝ չվստահելով զեկուցողներին և չսպասելով մոնիտորինգին ու դրանից բխող վերլուծություններին: Թերևս այդ է նաև պատճառը, որ իշխանական և իշխանամերձ շրջանակները ակտիվորեն սկսել են լրատվականներ բացել...
