Կառավարության ծրագիրն ու մարդկանց գործազուրկ դարձնելու ձեր քայլերը հակասում են միմյանց. Իվետա Տոնոյանը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին
POLITICS«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանն այսօր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից հետաքրքրվեց. «Չեք կարծու՞մ, որ ծրագրում գործազրկության դեմ պայքարի մասին առաջ քաշած Ձեր թեզը հակասում է գործնականում նախարարությունների միավորման քայլերին»։ Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես ասացի, որ առաջին փուլում կլինի ուղղակի մեխանիկական միավորում, և այդ ընթացքում կստեղծենք հարթակներ, որտեղ մարդիկ աշխատանքի շուկայի առաջարկին համապատասխան մասնագիտական որոշակի վերապատրաստում անցնելու և աշխատանքի տեղավորվելու հնարավորություններ կունենան։ Մենք պետք է հասկանանք՝ գործազրկությունն ու աշխատանքի առաջարկը ինչ հարաբերություններ ունեն իրար հետ»։ Ինչ վերաբերում է կրճատումներին՝ վարչապետն ասաց, որ օրինակ միավորված նախարարությունները չեն կարող ունենալ երկու իրավաբանակն վարչություն, կամ հաշվապահը, ենթադրվում է պետք է լինի մեկը. «Իսկ նշված վարչություններում աշխատողները ունեն բարձր մասնագիտական որակավորումներ, որոնք այսօր Հայաստանի շուկայում գործազրկության խնդիր չեն ունենա, արագ կգտնեն իրենց աշխատանքը։ Իսկ մյուսներն այս փուլում աշխատանքից չեն ազատվի և վերապատրաստման արդյունքում կփորձենք գտնել նրանց համապատասխան աշխատանք»։
Վարչապետի խոսքով՝ այսօր նույնիսկ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ կան, որոնք ասում են, որ սկսում են փաստաբանական գործունեություն ծավալել, ենթադրվում է, որ դրա համար կա շատ լուրջ պահանջարկ. «Թող այդ պահանջարկը նաև նախարարությունների բարձրաստիճան իրավաբանները լրացնեն»։ Պատգամավորի ճշտող հարցին, թե քանի մարդ կկրճատվի, Փաշինյանը պատասխանեց. «Նախնական գնահատակով առաջին փուլով կկրճատվի 150-200 մարդ, հնարավոր է նույնիսկ ավելի քիչ, նրանք կլինեն որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետներ»։
