«Ժողովուրդ». Գյումրիում տեղերն արդեն հստակ բաժանված են

«Ժողովուրդ »–ը նոյեմբերի 12-ին գրել էր, որ Գյումրիում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների քարոզչության աշխատանքներում քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանին շատ քիչ տարածք է բաժին հասել։ Տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Գյումրիում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների համար անհրաժեշտ թվով այո-ներ ապահովելու նպատակով տեղի իշխանական վերնախավն արդեն «աշխատանքի բաժանում» է իրականացրել։
«Ժողովուրդ»–ի տեղեկություններով՝ տեղամասերը հիմնականում բաժանվել են գյումրեցի պատգամավորների «միջև», և հենց նրանք պետք է ապահովեն անհրաժեշտ թվով այո-ները։ Պատգամավորներն Էլ առանձնակի եռանդով «լծվել են աշխատանքի», քանի որ նրանց բաց տեքստով ասվել Է, որ իրենց ապագա ճակատագիրը կախված Է հանրաքվեի արդյունքներից։ «Բաժանումների» արդյունքում Գյումրիի քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանին բավականին քիչ տարածք է բաժին հասել, ինչի արդյունքում տեղի իշխանական վերնախավի շրջանում արդեն
իսկ լուրեր են շրջանառվում այն մասին, որ նա եկող տարվա սեպտեմբերին կայանալիք քաղաքապեւոի ընտրություններում չի լինի իշխանության թեկնածուն։
Այս խնդրի կապակցությամբ «Ժողովուրդ»-ը զրուցել Է ՀՀԿ Շիրակի տարածքային կազմակերպության խորհրդի նախագահ Սահակ Մինասյանի հետ։
-Աշխատանքի բաժանումն ինչպե՞ս է իրականացվում, որ երկակիացում չլինի։
-Երկակիացում չկա, ուղղակի քարոզի լոկալացման խնդիր կա։ Դուք մասնավորեցնում եք մեր ռազմավարությունը, որը ես մասնակիորեն ներկայացնեմ, ոչ լիարժեք։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ շտաբն իր ֆորմալ և ոչ ֆորմալ կողմնակիցներով իրականացնում է քարոզ Շիրակի մարզի ամբողջ տարածքում ազգաբնակչության համար, ունենք նաև հրավիրված քարոզիչներ, վերապատրաստված իրավաբաններ, քարոզչական խմբեր, իսկ էդ տարածքային բաժանումները քարոզի կազմակերպման ավելի տեղայնացման միտում ունի։ Քարոզչության իրականացման գործում Սամվել Բալասանյանի թիմը շատ ավելի ընդգրկուն ու մեծ տարածքում է քարոզ իրականացնելու։
Վերջում հավելենք, որ ամենամեծ քանակությամբ տեղամասեր (թվով 47) տրվել է քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանին, պատգամավորներ Մարտուն Գրիգորյանին՝ 31 տեղամաս, Սուքիաս Ավետիսյանին՝ 2 տեղամաս, իսկ նախկին քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանին՝2 տեղամաս (իր թաղում)։
