Կառավարությունը ծրագիր կազմելիս հաշվի չի առել խորհրդարանի կարծիքը․ Էդմոն Մարուքյան

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Էդմոն Մարուքյանը համարում է, որ Խորհրդարանն արհամարհվել է կառավարության կողմից: Այս մասին Մարուքյանն ասաց փետրվարի 12-ին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում:
«Այս ծրագիրը հնարավոր չէ փոխել, այն պետք է հաստատել կամ մերժել: Նախկինում ծրագրերն ուղարկվում էին խմբակցություններին մինչև դահլիճ մտնելը ու խմբակցությունները հնարավորություն էին ունենում իրենց առաջարկները ներկայացնել ծրագրի վերաբերյալ: Հիմա խորհրդարանը արհամարհվել է, և միանգամից ստացել է ծրագիր՝ դահլիճում քննարկելու համար»,- ասաց Մարուքյանը:
Էդմոն Մարուքյանը նշեց նաև, որ պարզ չէ, թե ովքեր են իրականացնելու գործադիրի ներկայացրած ծրագիրը:
«Մենք քննարկում ենք մի ծրագիր, որի իրականացնողները հայտնի չեն: Այսինքն՝ կառավարությունը չունի կառուցվածք, չկա կառավարության կառուցվածքի մասին օրենք, որը մեզ կտա հնարավորին տեսլական, թե ովքեր են իրականացնելու այդ ծրագիրը»,- նշեց խմբակցության ղեկավարը:
Մարուքյանի խոսքով՝ կառավարության ծրագրի քվեարկության վերաբերյալ իրենց խմբակցությունում նախնական տրամադրվածություն կա, բայց քննարկումները չեն ավարտվել, իսկ դրանց վերջնական արդյունքի վերաբերյալ համապատասխան հայտարարություն կանեն:
ՀՀ Կառավարությունն իր ծրագիրը հաստատել է փետրվարի 8-ին: Փետրվարի 12-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այն ներկայացրել է խորհրդարանի անդամներին:
