Տղամարդ ուսուցիչների մեծ «սով» Հայաստանի դպրոցներում
SOCIETYՀայաստանի դպրոցներում տղամարդ ուսուցիչների թիվը ընդամենը 11 տոկոս է: Ավելին, քաղաքային բնակավայրերում ընդհանրապես ավելի տխուր պատկեր է՝ ընդամենը 8 տոկոս:
Այս տվյալները, ի պատասխան «Փաստ» օրաթերթի գրավոր հարցման, փոխանցեց կրթական տեխնոլոգիաների ազգային կենտրոնի կրթության տեղեկատվավերլուծական բաժնի պետ Սյուզի Մաշուրյանը: Նա նշեց, որ տվյալները հավաքագրված են դպրոցների կառավարման տեղեկատվական համակարգի միջոցով:
«Երկու տեսակի դասավանդող ենք առանձնացնում, առաջինը՝ միայն ուսուցիչներ, որոնք դպրոցում զբաղված են միայն ուսուցչական գործունեությամբ, երկրորդ՝ նաև դասավանդողներ, որոնց մեջ մտնում են տնօրենները, փոխտնօրենները, լաբորանտները, գրադարանավարները: Այսինքն՝ նրանք, ովքեր ի պաշտոնե այդ գործով են ընդունվել դպրոց, բայց մասնագիտական կրթությունը թույլ է տալիս, որ նաև դասավանդեն»,–նշեց Ս.Մաշուրյանը:
Ըստ այդ դասակարգման, ուսուցիչների ընդհանուր թիվը ՀՀ–ում 29 հազար 756–ն է, որից 26 հազար 478–ը կամ 89 տոկոսը կանայք են: Քաղաքային բնակավայրերում աշխատում է 16 հազար 101 ուսուցիչ, որոնցից 14 հազար 792–ը կամ 92 տոկոսը կանայք են: Գյուղական համայնքներում աշխատող 13 հազար 655 ուսուցչից 11 հազար 686–ը կամ 85 տոկոսը կանայք են: Այսինքն, եթե գյուղական բնակավայրերում մոտ 15 տոկոսը տղամարդ ուսուցիչներ են, ապա քաղաքային բնակավայրերում այդ ցուցանիշն ընդամենը 8 տոկոս է
Ինչ վերաբերում է ընդհանուր թվին, այսինքն՝ ներառյալ դասավանդողներին, որոնք, ինչպես նշեցինք, դպրոցում այլ պաշտոն ունեն, բայց նաև դասավանդում են, ապա այդ ցուցանիշը 34 հազար 155 է: Այս թվի մեջ, բնականաբար, ներառված են նաև ուսուցիչները: 34 հազար 155 դասավանդողներից 29 հազար 386–ը կամ 86 տոկոսը կանայք են: Սա ինքնին նշանակում է, որ տղամարդկանց տոկոսային ցուցանիշը փոքր– ինչ ավելացել է հիմնականում կառավարման մարմիններում ներգրավվածների հաշվին: Քաղաքային բնակավայրերում կա 18 հազար 191 դասավանդող, որոնցից կանայք 16 հազար 388–ն են: Գյուղական բնակավայրերում 15 հազար 964 դասավանդողից 12 հազար 998–ն են կանայք:
