Ինչպես տեղեկացրել էինք, երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 12-ին` ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ հարավային ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասի մարտական հենակետում, հակառակորդի կողմից արձակված կրակոցներից, մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում են ստացել զինծառայողներ Վահե Վարդգեսի Վանոյանը (ծնվ. 1995թ.) և Միքայել Առաքելի Թորոսյանը (ծնվ. 1996թ.):
19-ամյա Վահե Վարդգեսի Վանոյանը Ախուրյանի շրջանի Արևիկ գյուղից է։ Վահեին մեկ ամիս էր մնացել՝ պետք է զորացրվեր:
Ընդամենը մեկ ամիս, ու տանը կլիներ, կբացեր դուռն ու… Ամանորի ու Ս. Ծննդյան լավագույն ու սպասված նվերը Վանոյան ընտանիքում, որ նախատեսվել էր ընտանիքի զինվոր որդու՝ Վահեի կողմից, մնաց անկատար:
Շիրակի մարզի Արևիկ համայնքում այսօր մի տեսակ օդը չափազանց ծանր է, մթնոլորտը ճնշող. բոլորը հուզված են, բոլորի մոտ ուժերի լարումով արտահայտված զսպվածություն կա, կորկորդը սեղմող փղձկոցի դիմաց սեղմված ատամներ…
Համագյուղացիները միայն դրական են խոսում Վահեի մասին, բայց խնդրում առանց տեսանկարահանման՝ ուղղակի անկեղծ զրույցի սիրտ բացելու ձևաչափը նախընտրելով: Ասում են՝ խիզախ էր, համարձակ, ընկերասեր, հայրենասեր, հպարտ, որ ծառայում է հայկական երկրորդ հանրապետությունում՝ Արցախում: Նաև ասում են, որ մի ամսից զորացրվելու էր: Զինակցի կյանքն էր փրկել, որպես պարգևատրում տասնօրյա արձակուրդ էր ստացել, մեդալ ու պատվոգիր, սակայն որոշել էր մնալ ու շարունակել ծառայությունը, քանի որ եղած-չեղածը մի ամիս բան էր մնացել: Վերջին անգամ էլ մահաբեր կրակոցից կես ժամ առաջ խոսել էր մոր հետ, հուսադրել, որ շատ քիչ մնաց, ու շուտով կզորացրվի կգա… Իսկ հիմա միայն սոցցանցային լուսանկարներ ու հիշողություններ:
Խիզախ, լավ ու քաջ տղա էր: Զբաղվում էր սպորտով, լող կարծեմ, հետո բիաթլոնով զբաղվեց, նույնիսկ տեղ շահեց,- «Առաջին լրատվականի» հետ զրույցում նշում է Արևիկի գյուղապետ Գարեգին Ստեփանյանը:
Իրականում երևի Վահեն ճիշտ էր: Երկրային մեր այս կյանքն ու իրականությունը թերևս շատ կարճ ժամանակ է այն իրական կյանքի համեմատ, որով հիմա ապրում է Վահեն հավերժության մեջ: Ու երևի վերջին հուսադրող խոսքերը հենց այսպես պետք էր հասկանալ ու մխիթարվել, որ Վահեն հիմա իր երկրային ընտանիքի կողքին է:
Արևիկում այսօր օդն իրոք շատ ճնշող էր, լռությունն էլ մահասարսուռ…
