Ըստ հաղորդագրության՝ 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-ից 2-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործով վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը, համարելով, որ գործով ձեռք բերված ապացույցները բավարար են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի, ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի պետի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Սեյրան Օհանյանի, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի տեղակալի պաշտոնը զբաղեցած Յուրի Խաչատուրովի և ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցրած Արմեն Գևորգյանի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացություն կազմելու և գործը դատարան ուղարկելու համար, վերը նշված անձանց մասով քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտել է:

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ մասով` ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու և առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու մեջ,

Սեյրան Օհանյանը մեղադրվում է  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ,

Յուրի Խաչատուրովը մեղադրվում է  ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 300.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով` ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ,

Արմեն Գևորգյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-300.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 311-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով և 190-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով` ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելուն օժանդակելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու և հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու մեջ:

Նախաքննության ավարտի մասին հայտնվել է դատավարության մասնակիցներին, և վերջիններիս պարզաբանվել է քրեական գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալու նրանց իրավունքը:
