Ավազակային հարձակում Երևանում. պարանը գցել են վաճառողի պարանոցին և գումար հափշտակել
SOCIETYԱյսօր, փետրվարի 16-ին ավազակային հարձակում է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 13։30-ի սահմաններում 2 ճիվաղ ներս են մտել Լենինգրադյան - Սեբաստիա փողոցների խաչմերուկում գտնվող կոնցետրատներ, յոգուրտներ, պրեմիքսներ ներմուծող ընկերության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցչություն և կատարել ավազակային հարձակում։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, այդ անձինք մոտեցել են խանութում գտնվող վաճառողին, անակնկալի են բերել, պարանը գցել պարանոցին և դրա սպառնալիքի տակ հափշտակել նրա մոտ եղած խոշոր չափի գումարը։
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ խումբը վարչության պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Գարիկ Ղուկասյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ժամանել են նաև Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Այս պահին դեպքի վայրի զննություն են կատարում Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա - Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի մեծ թվով քննիչներ բաժնի պետ Արա Պողոսյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Արսեն Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ բաժնի պետ Ա․ Պողոսյանի կողմից ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ։ Խմբի ղեկավար է նշանակվել հատկապես կարևոր գործերով քննիչ Հարություն Միքայելյանը, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ ավազակային հարձակում կատարելու հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։
Հաշվի առնելով հանցագործության վտանգավորության աստիճանը, առաջին պահից ժամանել են նաև Մալաթիա -Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի դատախազ Արսեն Արսենյանն ու դատախազի տեղակալ Արսեն Կոստանդյանը։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ ճիվաղները եղել են առանց դիմակի և խանութ- պահեստարանից հափշտակել են մոտ 700 հազար դրամ։
Ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության փորձաքրեագիտական վարչության փորձաքրեագետները։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
