Գյումրիի վթարային 6 բնակելիներ ամրացման կարիք ունեն. առաջարկը նախարարությունում է

Շիրակի մարզպետարանը ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարությանը ներկայացրել է Գյումրիի վթարային 6 բնակելիների ամրացման առաջարկը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզպետարանի քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետ Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը: «ՀՀ քաղաքաշինուÕ �յան նախարարությանը նախ ներկայացվել էր 5, ապա ևս 1 բնակելի շենքի ամրացման առաջարկ: Այս պահին առաջարկի վերաբերյալ դեռ պատասխան չենք ստացել: Անշուշտ, գործընթացը պետք է կամաց-կամաց սկսել, թեկուզ մեկ շենքից ապա մյուս բոլոր շենքերի ամրացմանն ու վերականգմանն անցնել: Առայժմ ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության նախարարությանը ներկայացվել է միայն Գյումրու վթարայինների ամրացման հարցը»,-նշեց Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը:
Խոսելով այս վթարայինների վերականգնման կամ քանդման մասին, պատասխանատուն տեղեկացրեց, որ դրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի համար պետք է հարմար տարբերակ ընտրել: «Շենք կա, որ ավելի հարմար է ամրացնել ու վերականգնել, կան նաև այնպիսիները, որոնք ավելի նպատակահարմար են քանդել և տարածքում նոր շենք կառուցել: Դա ցույց կտան նախագծանախահաշվային փաթեթների պատրասումից հետո գնային արժեքները: Դրա համար միանշանակ ասել թե, որ տարբերակն է ճիշտ, վաղ է»,-ավելացրեց Ալբերտ Մարգարյանը:
Մարզի տարածքում կա երրորդ աստիճանի վթարայնություն ունեցող 118 կառույց, դրանցից միայն 88-ն են բնակելի Գյումրիում՝ 1920 բնակարանով: Վթարայինների խնդիրը 1988 թվականի երկրաշարժից հետո, այդպես էլ անլուծելի է մնացել: Այս հարցը քննարկվել էր նաև վերջերս ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի` Շիրակի մարզպետի մասնակցությամբ անցկացված խորհրդակցություն ժամանակ, որի ընթացքում եղել է հանձնարություն ներկայացնել առաջարկներ:
