Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 17-ին, մահվան ելքով վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում: Ժամը 19:40-ի սահմաններում՝ Արշակունյաց պողոտայում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի դիմաց, Mercedes մակնիշի 35 ZՏ 896 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը վրարերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնի: Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վրաերթի ենթարկվածը տեղում մահացել է, իսկ վարորդը Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվել է «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն: Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Երևանի Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները՝ Երևանի ՃՈ պետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Ավագյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ժամանել է նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար-ծառայության թիվ 4 հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատը՝ 1 մարտական հաշվարկով: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև շտապօգնության հերթապահ խումբը, ովքեր արձանագրել են վրաերթի ենթարկվածի մահը: Դեպքի մասին Երևանի ՃՈ օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Գարիկ Հակոբյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ճանապարհատրանսպորտային հանցագործությունների քննության բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արտաշես Վանյանի, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Սամվել Սամվելյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Արթուր Ադամյանի գլխավորությամբ: Փաստի առթիվ Ա. Ադամյանի որոշմամբ հարուցվել էլ քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր-օր-ի 242 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են մահացածի և վրաերթ կատարած վարորդի ինքնությունը: Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ այս պահին ուժեղացված ծառայություն են կատարում ՃՈ 1-ին սպայական գումարտակի 1-ին դասակի ծառայողները՝ հրամանատար Մարատ Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ, որպեսզի հետաքրքրասեր քաղաքացիները իրենց ավտոմեքենաները չկայանեն և չխոչընդոտեն քննիչի կողմից դեպքի վայրի զննությունը: Լուսանկարները՝ Գագիկ Շամշյանի Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
