SOCIETYՓետրվարի 16-ին ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի աշխատակիցները ծառայություն կատարելու ժամանակ Վահագնաձոր համայնքի վարչական տարածքում ստուգման են ենթարկել Արմեն Բ.-ի վարած «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մեքենան, որի բեռնախցիկում եղել է մոտ 3 խմ փայտանյութ:
ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ վարորդը չի ներկայացրել համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ և հայտնել է, որ փայտանյութը ձեռք է բերել Մարց գյուղի հարակից անտառից՝ բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ մասնատելով մեկ հատ քամատապալ ծառ և հավաքելով թափուկ փայտանյութ:
Վարորդն ապօրինի ծառահատում կատարելու կասկածանքով՝ իր վարած մեքենայով բերման է ենթարկվել ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժին:
Նույն օրը ոստիկանության Գուգարքի բաժնի աշխատակիցները ստուգման են ենթարկել Լյուդվիգ Հ.-ի վարած «Ֆորդ Տրանզիտ» մեքենան:
Բեռնախցիկում հայտնաբերվել է մոտ 4 խմ փայտանյութ: Վարորդը համապատասխան փաստատուղթ չի ներկայացրել և հայտնել է, որ փայտանյութը պատկանում է Գևորգ Մ.-ին:
Գևորգ Մ.-ն ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն և հայտնել, որ փայտանյութը ձեռք է բերել Վահագնաձոր գյուղի «Լոռի» հանգստյան տան մոտակա անտառից՝ բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ 3 կանգուն ծառեր հատելու միջոցով:
