Մենք գիտենք, որ...

Օզոնը բարերար ազդեցություն է ունենում մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա, այն շատ է ծովափնյա շրջաններում: Անգամ հատուկ բուժման մեթոդ կա՝ օզոնաթերապիա:

Իրականում այդպես չէ:

Այն վտանգավոր անկայուն գազ է: Օզոնը (հունարենից թարգմանաբար՝ «հոտավետ») կամ «ծանր օդը» թթվածնի ալոտրոպ միացություններից է: Այն հայտնագործել է հոլանդացի քիմիկոս Վան Մարումը՝ 1795 թվականին, իսկ օզոն անունն առաջարկել է գերմանացի քիմիկոս Կրիստիան Շյոնբայնը՝ 1840 թվականին: Օզոն կա ցածր խտությամբ մթնոլորտի բոլոր շերտերում։ Երկրի մակերևույթից 20–30 կիլոմետր բարձրության վրա գտնվող 8 մլ/մ3 խտության օզոնի շերտը կլանում է արեգակի արձակած վնասակար ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթները, որի շնորհիվ և երկրի վրա կյանք կա։ Էլեկտրական մեքենաների՝ կայծեր բաց թողնելու ժամանակ զգացվում է յուրահատուկ հոտ։ Այդպիսի հոտ է զգացվում նաև ամպրոպային էլեկտրական պարպումների` կայծակների ժամանակ։ Այդ հոտը օզոն գազինն է։ Երկրի մակերևույթի օզոնը օդի աղտոտիչ է և վնասում է կենդանի օրգանիզմների շնչառական համակարգը։ Բանն այն է, որ օզոնը շատ անկայուն է և քայքայվում է՝ վերածվելով թթվածնի ազատ ռադիկալի, որն էլ հենց կործանարար ազդեցություն է գործում կենդանի օրգանիզմի բջջի վրա: Մարդկանց մոտ ձևավորված այն կարծիքը, թե ծովափնյա շրջանների թարմ ծովային օդը օզոն շատ է պարունակում և երբեմն պետք է գնալ ծովափ «թարմ օզոնով հարուստ օդ շնչելու համար», սխալ է: «Թարմ օզոն» շնչելու համար պետք է գնալ ոչ թե ծովափ, այլ մեծ, տրանսպորտով ծանրաբեռնված քաղաք, օրինակ՝ Երևան: Բանն այն է, որ ավտոտրանսպորտի արտանետած այրված գազերը պարունակում են նաև օզոն: Ներկայումս ջրի մանրէազերծման համար քլորի նման օգտագործվում է նաև օզոն, շնորհիվ նրա, որ այն շուտ քայքայվում է և առավել քիչ է վնասակար դառնում: Օզոնը օգտագործվում է նաև որպես սպիտակեցնող միջոց: Այն իր էությամբ անտիսեպտիկ է և օգտագործվում է ախտահանումների համար:

Օզոնաթերապիան ոչ ավանդական բժշկության ֆիզիոթերապևտիկ բուժման մեթոդ է: Սկսած 19–րդ դարից մինչև հիմա օզոնատորների միջոցով ստացված օզոնը օգտագործվում է տարբեր հիվանդությունների բուժման համար՝ սկսած քաղցկեղից, վերջացրած գրիպով: Իրականում այս մեթոդի բուժական ազդեցությունը խիստ կասկածելի է եղել միշտ: Ժամանակի ընթացքում ստեղծվել են օզոնաթերապևտիկ բժշկական կազմակերպություններ, օզոնային առողջարաններ և այլն: Ներկայումս ամերիկյան օնկոլոգների ասոցիացիան արդեն ընդունել է, որ օզոնաթերապիան չունի ապացուցված բուժական ազդեցություն: Բժշկության մեջ օզոնը կարող է օգտագործվել միայն որպես անտիսեպտիկ: Օզոնը խիստ տոքսիկ է, նրա անգամ փոքր քանակությունը շնչելը կամ ներարկելը բերում է թունավորման:

Ներկայումս մեծ տարածում ունեն տնային օզոնատորները: Ասել, որ դրանք վտանգավոր են, անհնար է, քանի որ անհայտ է, թե դրանք ինչքան օզոն են ստեղծում իրենց աշխատանքի ընթացքում և արդյո՞ք ընդհանրապես ստեղծում են: Համարվում է, որ օզոնատորը թարմացնում է օդը, կորցնում տհաճ հոտերը: Օդը թարմացնելու հարցը մի քիչ կասկածի տակ է, բայց այն, որ օզոնը կարող է կորցնել կողմնակի հոտերը, հաստատ է: Բանն այն է, որ հոտեր սովորաբար առաջանում են բակտերիաների կենսագործունեության արդյունքում, իսկ օզոնի քայքայման ժամանակ առաջացող ազատ ռադիկալով թթվածինը սպանում է այդ բակտերիաների բջիջներին: Այստեղ ամբողջ հարցն այն է, որ այդ նույն ռադիկալները նույն կերպ ազդում են նաև մարդու օրգանիզմի բջիջների վրա: Այսինքն, եթե աշխատում է օզոնատորը, այդ սենյակում ոչ ոք չպետք է լինի:
