Օրերս լրատվամիջոցները տեղեկացրեցին, որ 2018 թվականի նոյեմբերի 19–ից առ այսօր կառավարության կադրային բանկը ստացել է երկու հազար երեք հարյուր հիսուն (2350) ինքնակենսագրական (CV): Կադրային բանկում ընդգրկվել է 50 մասնագետ, ըստ ոլորտային ճյուղերի դասակարգում դեռևս չի իրականացվել: Factor.am կայքը հայտնում է, որ նշյալ երկու հազար երեք հարյուր հիսուն անձանցից որևէ մեկը կառավարությունում կամ այլ պետական գերատեսչությունում աշխատանքի դեռևս չի անցել: Կադրային քաղաքականությանը մենք անդրադառնալու առիթներ ունեցել ենք՝ համարելով այն հետհեղափոխական Հայաստանի հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը: Վերոնշյալ տեղեկությունները թույլ են տալիս ենթադրել, որ խնդրի լուծման բանալի այժմ կառավարությունը չի գտել: Կամ այդ երկու հազարից ավելի ինքնակենսագրականներն են եղել անպիտան, կամ էլ կառավարության չափանիշներն են շատ բարձր: Այլապես դժվար կադրային բանկում ընդգրկվեր 50 մասնագետ:
