Գարիկ Պետրոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Երբ Հայաստան մի լուրջ կալիբրի դեմք է այցելում, սկսվում է անվտանգությանն ուղղված աննախադեպ միջոցառումների էտապային շարքը: Ընդհուպ այնպիսի միջոցառումներ, որ ուղեղիդ մեջ չի տեղավորվում, զոդվում են անգամ քաղաքի ծայրամասերի գետնահորատանցքերը:
Երեկ տեղի ունեցածը մեկ անգամ ևս ապացուցեց, որ ահաբեկչությունը խաթարում է ցանկացած երկրի անվտանգության համակարգը՝ դարձնելով այն ծայրաստիճան խոցելի: Ինչքան էլ լավ աշխատիհակահետախուզությունը, ահաբեկիչները միշտ մեկ քայլ առաջ են լինում, քանի որ հաճախ նրանց ծրագրերի մասին բուն իրագործողները տեղեկանոմ են դեպքերից րոպեներ առաջ: Սա էլ հենց ապահովվում է ինֆորմացիայի գաղտնիությունը: Ծրագրի կատարողներին ևս երկար ժամանակահատվածում են պատրաստում իրենց առաքելությանը՝ ապահովելով նրա բացարձակ ենթարկվելիությունը :
Ահաբեկչությունը ուղղակի հանցագործություն չի, որի կանխարգելումը համեմատաբար ավելի հեշտ է: Ահաբեկչությունը, ինչքան էլ որ պլանավորված լինի, իրագործվում է մի քանի ժամերի ընթացքում և ենթակա չի լինում կանխարգելման:
Այս անգամ դրսևորումը բավականին մեծ մասշտաբի էր, և այն նաև կստիպի եվրոպական երկրների քաղաքականության կտրուկ փոփոխությանը կապված միգրանտների հետ: Զարգացումներ սպասեցնել չեն տա:
Ըստ իս սա դեռ սկիզբն է, ես կասեի՝ ընդամենը սկիզբը: Հակված չեմ մտածել, որ որևէ գուշակություն է իրականանում, բայց որ լարվածությունը հասնելու է գագաթնակետին՝ կասկած անգամ չունեմ:
