Ամեն մի նորը վաղուց մոռացված հինն է
POLITICSԱյսօր ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը, հատկապես օրենսդիրում, հենված է ՀՀՇ– ական գործիչ, ներկայումս ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի փոխնախագահ Հովհաննես Իգիթյանի վրա: Բայց խոսքը միայն խորհրդարանական գործունեության մասին չէ: «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, ընդհանրապես արտաքին քաղաքականության «բեռը» մեծապես դրված է նրա վրա: Մասնավորաբար, հենց Իգիթյանին են վստահված Արցախյան հիմնախնդրի առանցքային նրբերանգները: Ի դեպ, Իգիթյանը 1995–99 թվականներին եղել է ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների հանձնաժողովի նախագահը և Լևոն Տեր–Պետրոսյանի «լ յուբիմչիկը»: Սակայն մեր լրագրողը պարզել է մի հետաքրքիր դետալ, որը կապված է Իգիթյանի նախկին գործունեության հետ: 1997 թվականի հունվարի 28–ի ՀՀՇ պաշտոնաթերթ «Հայք» օրաթերթում հրապարակվել է Իգիթյանի՝ Եվրախորհրդում ունեցած ելույթը, որտեղ անդրադարձ կա նաև ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորմանը: Հատկանշականն այն է, որ Իգիթյանն իր ելույթում խոսում է այն մասին, որ Հայաստանը Ղարաբաղի նկատմամբ կարող է ունենալ սոցիալական պարտավորություններ, բայց ոչ քաղաքական: Հետաքրքիր է՝ պատգամավորն այսօր էլ է այդ մոտեցման կողմնակի՞ցը: Բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ. նա իր այդ ելույթում նաև խոսում է, որ Արցախի հարցում բանակցությունները պետք է ընթանան Ադրբեջանի և Ղարաբաղի միջև: Սա ասվում է 1997–ին, երբ նախագահ էր Լևոն Տեր–Պետրոսյանը: Հիմա Հովհաննես Իգիթյանը պարբերաբար խոսում է դեմոկրատական արժեքներից, ընտրական թափանցիկությունից ու մարդու ազատ կամարտահայտությունից, իսկ շատերը գուցե արդեն չեն հիշում, որ հենց Իգիթյանն էր 1996–ին ղեկավարում Տեր–Պետրոսյանի նախընտրական շտաբը, իսկ թե ինչ տեղի ունեցավ այդ ընտրությունների ընթացքում և, առավել ևս, ընտրություններից հետո, հայտնի է բոլորիս:
