«Հյուսիս-հարավ»-ի Թալին-Լանջիկ հատվածում կա առաջընթաց, բայց շինարարության ընթացքն առայժմ չի գոհացնում. փոխնախարար
SOCIETYՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի տեղակալներ Բագրատ Բադալյանը և Գեղամ Վարդանյանը ընդունել են Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) ներկայացուցիչներին՝ Հարավային Կովկասի տարածաշրջանային ներկայացուցչության ղեկավար Մասիեյ Ժուրայի գլխավորությամբ։
Այցի նպատակն էր քննարկել բանկի օժանդակությամբ նախարարության գործառույթների շրջանակներում իրականացվող ծրագրերի ընթացքը և հետագա համագործակցության շրջանակները։
Բագրատ Բադալյանը ներկայացրել է Վանաձոր-Ալավերդի-Վրաստանի սահման (Մ-6) մայրուղու շինարարության հետ կապված մի շարք մանրամասներ։
Նշվել է, որ ճանապարհի առաջին հատվածի շինարարությունն ավարտված է, և մոտ օրերս տեղի կունենա հանդիսավոր բացման արարողությունը։ Շինարարությունն իրականացվել է սահմանված ժամկետներում, որակի հսկողության պատասխանատուներն էլ փաստում են ճանապարհի՝ որակի անհրաժեշտ չափանիշների համապատասխանելիության մասին։
«Հյուսիս-հարավ» մայրուղու Թալին-Լանջիկ հատվածի (Տրանշ-3) շինարարության առնչությամբ նշվել է, որ աշխատանքներում նկատելի առաջընթաց կա, սակայն շինարարության ընթացքն առայժմ չի գոհացնում։
Կողմերը քննարկել են Տրանշ 3-ի աշխատանքային ընթացակարգերի հետ կապված մի շարք հարցեր և հույս հայտնել, որ եղած խնդիրները ևս առաջիկայում լուծում կստանան։
Անդրադառնալով ճանապարհաշինության ոլորտում գործակցության հետագա հնարավորություններին՝ Բագրատ Բադալյանը ներկայացրել է «Հյուսիս-հարավ» մայրուղու հարավային հատվածի (Տրանշ-4) շինարարության մի շարք մանրամասներ՝ ընդգծելով նաև ճանապարհի այդ հատվածի տեղանքային յուրահատկությունները, նշանակությունն ու կարևորությունը։
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում իրականացվող ծրագրերում ԵՆԲ-ի ներգրավվածության հնարավորությունները։
Նախարարի տեղակալ Գեղամ Վարդանյանը, ներկայացնելով ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված պետական քաղաքականությունը, բանկի ներկայացուցիչներին ծանոթացրել է «Ինժեներական քաղաք» ծրագրին, «Ազգային վենչուրային հիմնադրամ» ստեղծելու նախագծի մանրամասներին, Հայաստանում թվային էկոհամակարգի զարգացմանն ուղղված քայլերին։
Պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել, որպեսզի ներկայացված առաջարկությունների վերաբերյալ ԵՆԲ-ին տրամադրվի ավելի հանգամանալից տեղեկատվություն՝ դրանք առավել խորությամբ ուսումնասիրելու և վերջնական եզրակացության հանգելու համար։
