ՔԿՀ-ում գտնվող Արթուր Վարդանյանին անհրաժեշտ է տեղափոխել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց․ ՄԻՊ
SOCIETYՄարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչները փետրվարի 20-ին այցելել են Արդարադատության նախարարության «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավորված անձ Արթուր Վարդանյանին, ուսումնասիրել նրա վերաբերյալ բժշկական փաստաթղթերը:
Ահազանգի հաջորդ օրը՝ փետրվարի 20-ին, տեղի է ունեցել այց «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ: Առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում Արթուր Վարդանյանը կրկին գանգատվել է առողջական խնդիրներից՝ նշելով, որ 13 օր է չի կարողանում սնվել, ամբողջ սնունդը փսխում է անգամ ջուր խմելիս, ունի ջերմություն, մկանային ջղաձգումներ, արյան զարկերակային ճնշումը բարձր է, իսկ օրգանիզմը՝ ջրազրկված: Նա նշել է, որ ընդունում է ցուցված դեղորայքը, սակայն առողջական վիճակի լավացում չի արձանագրվում: Ա. Վարդանյանը ցանկացել է հետազոտություն անցնել քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոցում՝ իր նախընտրած բժշկի մոտ:
Վերջինիս բժշկական փաստաթղթերի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ Ա. Վարդանյանն անցել է իր նախընտրած բժշկի նշանակած մի քանի լաբորատոր-գործիքային հետազոտություններ, 2019 թվականի փետրվարի 19-ին զննվել է Քրեակատարողական ծառայության բժշկական կոնսիլիումի կողմից և առաջարկվել է նրան տեղափոխել «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ՝ ստացիոնար բուժման:
Ա. Վարդանյանի բժշկական քարտում կատարված գրառումների համաձայն՝ վերջինիս մոտ արձանագրվել է սուբֆեբրիլ ջերմություն, քաշի կորուստ, հաճախասրտություն, ցավեր որովայնի շրջանում, փսխումներ, սնվելու դժվարություններ, ինչպես նաև լաբորատոր հետազոտության արդյունքում արձանագրվել է լեյկոցիտոզ:
Արթուր Վարդանյանի առողջական վիճակի հարցը Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչը քննարկվել է նաև քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի վարչակազմի հետ:
Խնդրի կապակցությամբ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի կողմից Քրեակատարողական ծառայություն է հասցեագրվել գրություն կապված Արթուր Վարդանյանի առողջական վիճակի դինամիկայի և նրան տրամադրվող բուժօգնության ծավալների հետ: Բարձրացվել է նաև սեփական միջոցների հաշվին իր նախընտրած բժշկի մոտ Արթուր Վարդանյանի բուժումը կազմակերպելու հարցը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Արթուր Վարդանյանի առողջության պահպանման իրավունքի ապահովման վերաբերյալ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը քննարկման ընթացակարգ է սկսել դեռևս 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերին, և նրա առողջական վիճակի դիտարկումը կրում է շարունակական բնույթ:
