Գուցե 50 համարի երթուղայինն է՞լ է ուզում սնանկանալ
SOCIETYՎերջերս մամուլում սկսեցին լուրեր շրջանառվել, թե Երևանի միկրոավտոբուսային երթուղային գծերը սպասարկող ընկերությունները սկսել են մեկը մյուսի հետևից սնանկության մասին հայտարարել: Ի դեպ, օրեր առաջ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տրանսպորտի վարչության պետ Հենրիկ Նավասարդյանը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հետ հարցազրույցի ժամանակ չէր թաքցրել, որ 75 համարը սպասարկող ընկերությունը կարող է ծանր կացության մեջ հայտնվել, քանի որ ստուգումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ ընկերությունը չի կատարել իր առջև դրված հարկային պարտավորությունները: «Թե ի՞նչ կլինի, չեմ կարող ասել»,– ասել էր Նավասարդյանը:
Ավելի վաղ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն էր տեղեկություն տարածել, որ 61 համարի երթուղին սպասարկող ընկերության սնանկացման պատճառով 18 համարի երթուղու վերջնակետը Մուշականից կտեղափոխվի Վարդաշենի 6–րդ փողոց: Սա թույլ էր տալիս եզրակացնել, որ, հավանաբար, հարկային պարտավորությունները չկատարած այլ երթուղիներ սպասարկող ընկերություններն էլ մեկը մյուսի հետևից սնանկության մասին կսկսեն հայտարարել: Դրանով մի կողմից գուցե փորձեն սաբոտաժի ենթարկել քաղաքային իշխանություններին, մյուս կողմից էլ փորձեն ուղևորների շրջանում դժգոհություններ առաջացնել տեղական իշխանությունների հանդեպ: Բայց հիմա մեկ այլ երթուղի սպասարկող ընկերության մասին: Վերջին շրջանում սկսել է բավականին վատ աշխատել նաև մայրաքաղաքի 50 համարի երթուղին սպասարկող ընկերությունը: Մեզ ահազանգած ուղևորները տեղեկացնում էին, որ վերջին օրերին առավոտյան ժամերին միկրոավտոբուսները սկսել են մոտ կես ժամ տարբերությամբ գալ, իսկ երեկ բոլոր կանգառնելում կես ժամից ավելի են մարդիկ ստիպված եղել սպասել, մինչև 50 համարի հերթական միկրոավտոբուսն է մոտեցել: Ի դեպ, աշխատանքային ժամի ավարտից հետո էլ վիճակն առանձնապես նախանձելի չէ: Երեկոյան էլ այդ երթուղուց օգտվելու համար պետք է մեկ ժամից ավելի կանգնել, քանի որ դեպի Կոմիտաս գնացող միկրոավտոբուսները Աբովյան փողոցով անցնելիս արդեն այնքան գերբեռնված են լինում, որ վարորդները շատ հաճախ կանգառներում չեն էլ կանգնում:
Հետաքրքիրն այն է, որ այդ իրավիճակից դժգոհող ուղևորներին վարորդները պատասխանում են, թե ուղևոր հավաքելով են գալիս և այդ պատճառով են առավոտյան ուշանում, իսկ երեկոյան ժամերին էլ չեն կանգնում, քանի որ Աբովյան փողոցի մոտակայքում արդեն տեղ չի լինում միկրոավտոբուսի մեջ: Եվ այս պայմաններում մարդիկ փորձում են աշխատանքից չուշանալ, երեխային հասցնել դպրոց, մանկապարտեզ կամ վերցնել այնտեղից...
