Ի՞նչ է հայտարարագրել պատգամավոր Արտակ Մանուկյանը
POLITICSԱզգային ժողովի «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արտակ Մանուկյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել 2019թ. պաշտոնը ստանձնելու հայտարարագիրը:
Հանձնաժողովի պաշտոնական կայքում հրապարակված փաստաթղթից տեղեկանում ենք, որ նա հայտարարագրել է հողամաս, ինչպես նաև «GAZ 3110» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ նրա հանձնած փոխառությունները կազմել են 10000 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 25 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար: Իսկ դրամական միջոցը պաշտոնը ստանձնելու օրվա դրությամբ կազմել է 7000 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Պաշտոնական պարտականությունները ստանձնելու տարվա հունվարի 1–ից մինչև պաշտոնական պարտականությունները ստանձնելու օրը ՀՀ դրամով ստացած եկամուտը կազմել է 396 395 ՀՀ դրամ: Տրված փոխառությունների (վարկերի) դիմաց ստացված տոկոսը և այլ հատուցումը ենթաբաժնում էլ նշված է 700 ԱՄՆ դոլար եկամտի մասին:
Նշենք, որ մինչ առաջադրվելը, Արտակ Մանուկյանը վարչապետի՝ հասարակական հիմունքներով խորհրդականն էր: Ա. Մանուկյանը տնտեսագետ է: Նա մի շարք մարմիններում, կառույցներում ու ընկերություններում փորձագիտական, հետազոտական աշխատանքի տարիների հարուստ փորձ ունի: Մասնավորապես՝ 2008–2016 թթ. նա եղել է «Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի» պետական գնումների քաղաքականության փորձագետ: 2014– 2015 թթ.՝ ՔԿՀ–ներում և մարմիններում հասարակական վերահսկողություն իրականացնող հասարակական դիտորդական խմբի հակակոռուպցիոն փորձագետ։ 2017 թ. մայիսից միչև 2017 թ. նոյեմբեր նախագահել է ՓՄՁ համագործակցության ասոցիացիա հ/կ–ն: 2017 թ. եղել է «Հանրային քաղաքականության հետազոտությունների ազգային կենտրոն» հ/կ նախագահը:
