Ղրիմի «նվիրումը»՝ 15 րոպեում. ի՞նչ կապ ունի Խրուշչովը
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐՄենք գիտենք, որ...
1954 թվականին Ղրիմը Ռուսաստանից վերցրել և Ուկրաինային է նվիրել այն ժամանակվա ԽՍՀՄ ղեկավար Նիկիտա Խրուշչովը:
Իրականում այնքան էլ այդպես չէ:
Ղրիմը Ուկրաինային նվիրելու առաջարկի մասին որոշումը կայացվել է 1954 թվականի հունվարի 25–ին ԽՄԿԿ քաղբյուրոյի նիստում: Որոշում է ընդունվել հանձնարարել ԽՍՀՄ Գերագույն խորհրդին՝ պատրաստել փաստաթղթերը Ղրիմը Ուկրաինային հանձնելու համար: ԽՍՀՄ Գերագույն խորհրդի նիստը, որտեղ վերջնական որոշում է կայացվել, նախագահել է ԽՍՀՄ նախարարների խորհրդի նախագահ Գեորգի Մալենկովը, որը այդ ժամանակ ի պաշտոնե հանդիսանում էր Ստալինի իրավահաջորդը՝ պետության ղեկավարը: Այդ ժամանակ Նիկիտա Խրուշչովը միայն ԽՍՀՄ կոմունիստական կուսակցության ղեկավարն էր: Լինելով այդ պաշտոնում՝ Խրուշչովը այն ժամանակ պետության ղեկավարը չէր: Պետության ղեկավար դառնալու համար սկզբից նրան պետք էր փոխել Մալենկովին իրեն հավատարիմ մարդով, որը նրան հաջողվեց կատարել 1955 թվականին, ապա արդեն պետք էր ազատվել Ստալինի հին համակիրներից և իրեն դարձնել ԽՍՀՄ նախարարների խորհրդի նախագահ, որին Խրուշչովին հաջողվեց հասնել միայն 1958 թվականին: Այդ թվականից է միայն Նիկիտա Սերգեևիչը դարձել ԽՍՀՄ լիարժեք ղեկավար:
Իրականում 1954 թվականին պետության ղեկավարը Մալենկովն էր, այն ժամանակ Ստալինի նկարների փոխարեն կախում էին նրա դիմանկարը: Ժողովրդական բանահյուսությունը Ղրիմի հանձնումը վերագրում է Խրուշչովին այն պատճառով, որ 1957 թվականին Մալենկովին պաշտոնից հեռացնելուց հետո նրա անունը ընդմիշտ աշխատել են ջնջել երկրի պատմությունից: Արդյունքում Խրուշչովը վերածվեց ոչ միայն անհատի պաշտամունքը բացահայտողի, այլ նաև Ռուսաստանի թշնամու, քանի որ «Ուկրաինային է նվիրել Ղրիմը»: Ավելին, բոլորը համոզված են, որ նա ուկրաինացի է: Իրականում Խրուշչովը Կուրսկի նահանգում ծնված ռուս է: Նա միայն 1938 թվականին է կուսակցության կողմից գործուղվել Ուկրաինա և աշխատել է այնտեղ մինչև 1949 թվականը, որից հետո ղեկավարել է կոմունիստական կուսակցության Մոսկվայի քաղաքային կոմիտեն: Այնպես չէ, որ Մալենկովն է ուկրաինացի եղել, նա էլ է ռուս եղել և ամբողջ կյանքն աշխատել է Ռուսաստանում: Եվ այնպես էլ չէ , որ Ղրիմը «նվիրվել» է: Ուղղակի այն ժամանակ ոչ ոք չէր կարող անգամ պատկերացնել, որ երկիրը կքայքայվի և կառաջանան անկախ պետություններ: Հարցն այն է, որ Ղրիմի թաթարների դեպորտացիայից հետո թերակղզին գտնվում էր ծանր տնտեսական վիճակում, պետք էր վերականգնել այն, և այդ իսկ պատճառով որոշում է ընդունվել այն հանձնել Ղրիմին տնտեսապես և աշխարհագրորեն կապված Ուկրաինային: Երկրի ղեկավարությանը սա թվում էր ամենալավ ու միակ տարբերակը: Հենց դրա համար էլ Մալենկովը որոշեց Ղրիմը հանձնել Ուկրաինային, իսկ որոշումը ստորագրեց ԽՍՀՄ Գերագույն խորհրդի նախագահ Կլիմենտ Վորոշիլովը: Խրուշչովը այդ նիստում Գերագույն խորհրդի մնացած անդամների նման ընդամենը կողմ քվեարկեց որոշմանը:
Մի ամբողջ թերակղզու հանձնման գործընթացը ԽՍՀՄ Գերագույն խորհրդի նիստում տևել է ընդամենը 15 րոպե: Ոչ մի առարկություն չի եղել, ոչ ոք անգամ կասկած չի հայտնել այս որոշման ճիշտ լինելու մեջ, ոչ ոք չի մտածել հարցնել թերակղզու բնակիչներին այս մասին: Պարզվում է, որ այն ժամանակ «տարածքային փոփոխությունները, լինելով կարևոր հարցեր, որոշվել են առանց դժվարությունների»: Ահա թե ինչու ո՛չ Ղարաբաղը և ո՛չ էլ Նախիջևանը այդ պետության օրոք Հայաստանին չտրվեցին:
