Բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու դեպք
SOCIETYԱզգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ՊՆ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կաշառք ստանալու դեպք:
Ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալների համաձայն՝ ՀՀ ՊՆ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի զինվորական կոմիսարի տեղակալ Ա.Պ-ն, զինկոմիսարիատ դիմած զինապարտ քաղաքացուն առանց բժշկական վերազննման զինգրքույկ դուրս գրելու և դրանում զինծառայության համար ոչ պիտանի լինելու վերաբերյալ համապատասխան նշումներ կատարելու դիմաց, 2019 թ. փետրվարի 11-ին նույն զինկոմիսարիատի հաշվառման բաժնի տեսուչ Վ.Վ-ի միջոցով պահանջել է խոշոր չափերով՝ 1000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք գումար: Քաղաքացու զինգրքույկում ակնհայտ կեղծ տեղեկություններ գրանցելուց հետո Ա.Պ-ն, տեսուչի միջոցով պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերել կաշառքը ստանալ փետրվարի 19-ին: Գումարի փոխանցումը իրականացվել է ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների օպերատիվ վերահսկողության ներքո, ինչից անմիջապես հետո զինկոմի տեղակալը բերման է ենթարկվել:
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածներով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 2 անձի, նրանք ձերբակալվել են:
