Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն անակնկալ այցելել է ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի և Մաշտոցի բաժիններ

Փետրվարի 22-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետ Վալերիյ Օսիպյանն անակնկալ այցելել է ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչոիթյան Մալաթիայի բաժին։ 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը ծանոթացել է բաժնի շենքային պայմաններին, եղել բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներում՝ հերթապահ մասից քրեական հետախուզություն։ Ոստիկանության պետը զրուցել է ծառայողների հետ՝ հրահանգելով ակտիվացնել գիշերային շրջիկ ծառայությունները, ահազանգերին արձագանքել արագ, գործել բացառապես օրենքի տառին համապատասխան՝ նպաստելով հասարակություն-ոստիկանություն կապի ամրապնդմանը։ Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնում Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նկատել է նաև որոշ թերություններ, որոնց արագ և արդյունավետ շտկման համար խիստ հանձնարարականներ է տվել ոչ միայն ծառայողներին, այլև ստորաբաժանման պետին։ 

Նույն օրը տեղի է ունեցել հաջորդ անակնկալ այցը ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության Մաշտոցի բաժնում էր։ Այստեղ ևս Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը շրջել է բաժնի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներում, զրուցել աշխատակիցների հետ՝ ստուգելով նրանց մասնագիտական գիտելիքները։ Ոստիկանության պետը խիստ հրահանգել է առաջնային ուշադրության արժանացնել համազգեստի կրման կանոնները՝ միշտ լինելով կոկիկ և ազդեցիկ։ 

Վալերիյ Օսիպյանը նկատել է նաև թերություններ, որոնց լուծման համար կոնկրետ ցուցումներ տվեց ստորաբաժանման ղեկավարին՝ պահանջելով հետևողական լինել անձնակազմի նկատմամբ։
