Լավրովը հնարավոր է համարել Ռուսաստանի ռազմական ոստիկանության տեղակայումը սիրիա-թուրքական սահմանին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՌուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը հայտարարել է, որ ռուսական ռազմական ոստիկանությունը կարող է տեղակայվել Սիրիա-Թուրքիա սահմանին ստեղծվող բուֆերային գոտում, հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը՝ հղում կատարելով Վյետնամի հեռուստատեսությանը, Չինաստանի Կենտրոնական հեռուստատեսությանն ու չինական Phoenix հեռուստաալիքին Լավրովի տված հարցազրույցին:
«Խոսքը վերաբերում էր բուֆերային գոտու ստեղծմանը համաձայնագրի հիման վրա, որը ստորագրվել էր Թուրքիայի եւ Սիրիայի միջեւ 1998 թվականին,-նշել է Լավրովը:-Այն ենթադրում է համագործակցելու մասին պայմանավովածություն համատեղ սահմանին ահաբեկչության վտանգը վերացնելու համար՝ ներառյալ թուրքական կողմի հնարավորությունը գործելու սիրիական սահմանի որոշ հատվածներում»:
«Ներկայումս համաձայնեցվում է այդ բուֆերային գոտու վերջնական ձեւաչափը զինվորականների մասնակցությամբ, եւ, իհարկե, հաշվի առնելով Դամասկոսի դիրքորոշումը եւ Թուրքիայի հետաքրքրություններն առավելագույն չափով»,-հավելել է նա:
Սակայն, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարը պարզաբանել է, որ որեւէ համատեղ ռազմական միջոցառումների մասին խոսք չի գնում:
«Մենք, ըստ էության, ունենք փորձ, երբ «հողի վրա» հրադադարի, անվտանգության կանոնները պահպանելու եւ ապաէսկալացիայի տարածքների ստեղծման մասին պայմանավորվածությունները ուղեկցվել են ռուսական ռազմական ոստիկանության տեղակայմամբ,-նշել է նախարարը:-Դա հավանական է նաեւ այս բուֆերային գոտու համար: Զինվորականները այժմ համաձայնեցնում են մանրամասները՝ հաշվի առնելով Դամասկոսի եւ Թուրքիայի դիրքորոշումը»:
