Փաստացի այսօր Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիան շարունակում է իրականացնել իր իրավասություններից դուրս գտնվող գործողություններ. ՀԱՕԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյան

ՀԱՕԿ գլխավոր քարտուղար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը  ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հարգելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, մարզաշխարհի սիրելի՛ ներկայացուցիչներ,
Բազմիցս անդրադարձել եմ, սակայն ստիպված եմ ևս մեկ անգամ, և, հուսով եմ վերջին անգամ, անդրադառնալ այս թեմային:
2018թ. օգոստոսի 2-ին կայացած ընտրություններում ոչ լեգիտիմ ճանապարհով ընտրված Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիան փորձ է կատարել կազմակերպել Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի երիտասարդական առաջնություն:
Հիշեցնեմ, որ ԱԻԲԱ-ի (Բռնցքամարտի միջազգային միություն) քննության արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ տվյալ ֆեդերացիայի նախագահի ընտրություններն անցկացվել էին խախտումներով: Ինչից հետո վերջինս պահանջել էր հարգել ԱԻԲԱ-ի կանոնադրությունը և անցկացնել նոր ընտրություններ՝ այլապես Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիան կհեռացվի ԱԻԲԱ-ից: Փաստացի այսօր ֆեդերացիան շարունակում է իրականացնել իր իրավասություններից դուրս գտնվող գործողություններ:Ֆեդերացիայի ո՛չ նախագահը, և ո՛չ էլ անձնակազմը լեգիտիմ չեն, ուստի նրանց կողմից կատարվող գործողությունները օրինականության դաշտից դուրս են:
Տեղեկացնեմ, որ ԱԻԲԱ-ի փետրվարի 8-9-ը կայացած Գործկոմի նիստում որոշվել է այս հարցով նշանակել հանձնակատար, ով իրավիճակի խորքային ուսումնասիրություններից հետո միայն հանձն կառնի Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիայի նոր ընտրությունների անցկացման գործընթացը:
Սակայն, քանի որ Հայաստանի բռնցքամարտի ֆեդերացիան միտված է նախաձեռնելու օրինազանց միջոցառումներ, Հայաստանի ազգային օլիմպիական կոմիտեն, հայրենական սպորտի իմիջը միջազգային հարթակներում բարձր պահելու նպատակով, այս պահից սառեցնում է սույն ֆեդերացիայի անդամակցությունը ՀԱՕԿ-ին:

Հ.Գ. Ի դեպ, փետրվարի 22-23-ը Բռնցքամարտի եվրոպական կոնֆեդերացիայի նախագահի և Գործկոմի ընտրություններն էին: Խորհուրդ կտայի պարզաբանում ստանալ բռնցքամարտի միջազգային կառույցներում «բացարձակ» հեղինակություն վայելող Արթուր Գևորգյանից, թե ինչու է վերջինս Գործկոմի կազմում առաջադրվելու և չընտրվելու փաստը խնամքով թաքցնում:
